Our client, who is a leading major Pipeline company require a Staff - Senior Integrity Engineer, to work in their Canadian Office.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Plan, coordinate and supervise various integrity projects to ensure that the requirements of the Integrity Management System (IMS) are met.
* Successfully develop, manage and provide technical support of inspection and maintenance programs, including quality assurance, data management and scheduling activities.
* Understand project scopes and provides timely and clear technical and economic guidance to the Pipeline Integrity and other teams regarding Pipeline Integrity issues
* Prepare budget submissions and manage infrastructure programs for additional facilities as required.
* Provide critical review of field results to assess inspection accuracy and document program results.
* Manage integrity projects as assigned by the Supervisor Integrity Programs
* Develop and maintain long-term commercial agreements with key integrity vendors/contractors.
* Participate in incident investigations as directed.
* Detail analysis of Integrity Program results and program direction identifying operational issues.
* Maintain and expand a network of consultants and suppliers to provide guidance and input on your programs
* Monitor and evaluate technical innovations for implementation in Integrity Programs.
* Maintain inter-departmental relationships between Integrity and other business units.
* Engage a supporting team of System Integrity engineers, technologists, and experienced individuals to complete these challenging but achievable programs
* Independently take responsibility for varied assignments requiring a broad understanding of the field of engineering (and/or specialized knowledge in a particular field) as well as knowledge of inter-related effects of the work upon other areas of the company.

The ideal candidate will have:

* Bachelors degree in Engineering and registered as a Professional Engineer or eligible for registration with APEGGA
* Minimum 7 years of related experience
* Strong technical and investigative abilities
* Project management experience and the ability to work within a large organization
* Requires exceptional communication and negotiation skills
* A good functional knowledge of computer applications applicable to the Pipeline
Industry
* Eligibility to work in Canada or an expat looking to re-locate to Canada
