Petroplan is experienced in transitioning single and multi-site contractor workforces from domestic and international locations with minimal attrition rates.  Based on prior experience of managing migration programs we can provide a bespoke transition schedule to our clients.

Where additional support is required to co-ordinate your recruitment approach, Petroplan can provide onsite or remote management teams to co-ordinate agency responses and handle all of the administrative requirements of running a major recruitment drive.
