Description:Our Client is an international provider of facilities solutions to the oil & gas production and processing industries are looking to recruit a Project Services/Procurement Manager on an ongoing contract basis based in Romina.

Responsible for project(s) compliance to OMV Petrom Philosophies and the reporting of all Health, Safety and Environment issues to the Project Manager.
Ensure efficient Project execution, support fulfilment of OMV Petrom's requirements in respect of IT, Planning, Cost Control, Procurement, health, safety, quality and other aspects.
Work with and encourage PMT staff to achieve step change(s) in HSEQ performance relevant to the support of fabrication, construction and fulfilment of offshore campaigns.
Prepare and submit to senior management weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
Ensure that project Inputs and Outputs are issued monthly to Senior Management.
Analyse Inputs/Outputs to establish trends and use the trends for focus with contractor on remedial action.
Review HSEQ audits with project members as required, ensuring timely closeout of the audit findings.
Review financial and procurement issues with project management team as required, ensuring Petrom compliance and financial guidelines have been considered.
Liaise with Petrom procurement management in Ploisti and Vendor representatives'.
Establishment and implementation of an effective organisation for the Projects, ensuring the full participation of all stakeholders.
Establish and maintain document control philosophies and work with project and vendors to control all project documentation.
