| Description: | Based initially in the UK for about 6 months with further relocation to Tunisia.
Required to oversee the development of a 100k BPD grass-roots refinery in North African environment including;
FEED and BFS preparation.
Funding arrangements and agreements, review inquiry/specifications and prepare complete quotations.
Joint Venture Agreement Terms & Conditions.
Feedstock supply and marketing agreements.
Award & execution of EPC contract.
Commissioning & startup, initial operations.
The ideal candidate will be;
Professional engineer with appropriate diploma or qualification to a national standard, with s proven track record at client level and refinery/petro-chemical experience.
A confident communicator with good presentation skills and the ability to take the initiative.
Strong team leader/player with demonstrated ability to contribute and deliver in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
Fluent French and/or Arabic desirable.
