- You have 1-3 years recruitment experience within external recruitment (agency)
- OR you have some sales experience and are looking to begin a career in recruitment.
- You enjoy working in a 360-recruitment role
- Ideally you will have experience of permanent recruitment
You're good at:
- Creating a profit from recruitment
- Networking with hiring managers and senior people at employers
- Building strong candidate relationships based on trust and understanding of their career goals
- Keeping on top of monthly activity measurement objectives
- Negotiating fees that are fair but profitable
- Managing your own brand
