Description:
This person would be receiving telephone calls and reports calls for service jobs to crews or other personnel utilizing telephone and occasionally radio communications equipment. Skills should include some computer knowledge (excel, word etc). Ability to take good notes while answering calls.

  • 6 months on assignment
  • 6 days on, 3 days off
  • 12 hour shift with nights every other shift


Education:
Requires a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent and knowledge of two-way radio and telephone operating procedures. This is an entry-level position.

Job Description:
Under general supervision, coordinates and tracks the movement of equipment, materials, and personnel within a Natural Work Area (NWA). This position shift is from 7:00am- 5:00pm

  • Works directly with field personnel to ensure proper resources are allocated to meet service delivery requirements.
  • Maintains scheduling board and report on utilization of personnel and equipment.
  • May serve as a backup to Area Resource Coordinator for sale order creation. Troubleshoots and resolves SAP order to cash issues to include but not limited to timely reconciliation of Sales Orders.
  • Ensures crew travel requirements meet applicable Health, Safety and Environmental guidelines.
  • Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness and complies with HSE procedures and guidelines.
  • Promotes and actively participates in the quality improvement process.
  • Must be flexible and have the ability to be spontaneous and change course easily, and are detail oriented.


Education:

  • High School Diploma or similar education and 2 years industry experience or within a PSL or field operations.

Petroplan is hiring for a Business Development Manager in Argentina for a Major Oil and Gas Company
Job Description:
The Business Development Manager should possess a broad level of industry and business knowledge in order to provide information that can be utilized to build the Division's goals and strategy; to accomplish this, the Business Development Manager must know their customer base to determine clients' needs and must be able to build relationships at multiple levels within client organizations. The Business Development Manager must be able to communicate customer expectations effectively to key representatives of the Division including the Director of Sales and Marketing, the Director of Technology, and the Division VP. Strong negotiation skills, a long-term strategic focus and conflict resolution skills are essential skills for someone in this role. The BDM should exemplify SCS' Core Values. This position is assigned high profile, deep water accounts.

Duties:

  • Develop and present strategies or blueprint to guide Director of Sales and Marketing for developing the Division's long-term planning purposes
  • Position this Division to be able to participate in formal tenders and RFQs.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, such as marketing, sales, and engineering, and external partners and allies in the development and implementation of strategies, plans, and business models.
  • Research and seek out prospective projects through networking and calling on accounts
  • Provide support to upper management in negotiations, contract development, due diligence, and alliance development projects.
  • Provide input to the management team on new products or service features to be developed to meet current and future customer needs.
  • Research emerging technologies and trends.
  • Ensure full awareness of, and compliance with, the requirements of all relevant company/customer QHSE handbooks, QHSE procedures and emergency procedures.
