The systems admin will be responsible for running and maintaining internal systems as well as managing the day to day ticketing que.


Qualified applicants will have:

  • Experience operating systems in a multi-site environment (Windows/Linux)
  • Microsoft proficiency: SCCM, SCOM, SCSM
  • Minimum of 3 years installing and maintaining operating systems
  • Technical certifications
  • Desired skills: Active Directory, PowerShell, O365, TCP/IP

Our client is a leading E&P oil and gas company that functions globally across 17 countries. They are currently seeking a Citrix Remote Access Analyst for a 10 month contract in the Bartlesville, Oklahoma area to support its continual improvement efforts.

The role: Remote Access Services is responsible for supporting the Citrix XenApp environment, consisting of over 600 virtual application delivery servers, and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI). The team's main priority is to allow employees and contractors throughout the business to access important data no matter where they are domestically or globally. This position allows the opportunity to work across various IT teams including data center, software, and infrastructure across the organization in a global capacity. Outside of technical acumen, the perfect candidate will have the ability to explain complex IT procedures in a simple way and have the stamina to keep up with heavy workflows over multiple days. This is a senior level position requiring 7 or more years of experience.

Qualified applicants will have:

  • 7 or more collective years of experience with the following:
    • Citrix: Xenapp, Xendesktop, app layering
    • VMware
    • ServiceNow
    • Active Directory
    • Windows: 08, 10, 12, 16
    • AWS
    • Powershell-preferred

Reporting into the Software Development Lead and the Project Lead, the Software Architect will design and architect software systems to ensure they are aligned with business requirements. Additional responsibilities include the ability to:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and peers to design software architectures for robust and sustainable products
  • Oversee the implementation of the architecture design to ensure their correctness
  • Apply your expertise to drive leading-edge software frameworks across projects
  • Participate in creating architectural design and coding standards
  • Work in partnership with the Offshore Development Center to advance an effective and efficient development process
  • Cultivate an environment of teamwork between Architecture & Development, Quality
  • Collaborate with Development Team to resolve technical challenges



Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years relevant experience
  • Solid experience in either a Software Architect or Principle Software Developer role
  • BS with preferred MS degree in Computer Science/Engineering
  • Solid experience in Scrum and Agile development methodologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in real-time and data acquisition applications



Solid experience with:

  • C , C#, Java language, JavaScript
  • Desktop development for scientific domains and business
  • Web application development for scalable client/server and data APIs
  • Developing data driven applications
  • Oilfield science and engineering application experience is a plus
  • Professional certification and licenses related to software development is a plus
