Inside Sales Specialist

This is your opportunity to join a global Piping leader in the Oil and Gas industry as an Inside Sales Specialist. The position includes a competitive base salary, a great benefits structure, and a fun company culture. This is a direct hire position located in the greater Houston area.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Understands client technical needs to generate proposals
* Maintain documentation for purchase orders and technical specifications
* Negotiate with both customers and suppliers to provide customers with the best quotation whilst retaining company profitability
* Work with our external sales team to close out orders through customer engagement
* Performs other duties as assigned

The ideal candidate will have:

* Inside Sales background in Oil and Gas is preferred
* Outgoing personality
* Detail-oriented and very organized
* Strong Excel skills; experience with SAP is a plus
* Must be eligible to work in US without sponsorship

Key responsibilities will include:

* Understands client technical needs and offer solutions and support
* Maintain documentation for purchase orders and technical specifications

The ideal candidate will have:

* 4 year degree in Business, Engineering or related discipline; Metallurgy is preferred

Business Development Manager - Proppants

This is your opportunity to join a growing leader in the Oil and Gas Proppants industry as a Business Development Manager. The compensation package includes a strong base salary and a generous uncapped commission structure. This is a direct hire position located in the greater Houston area.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Identify and develop new business through active presence in the Oil and Gas industry, predominately within the Completion sector
* Maintain communication with current and prospective clients
* Gain an understanding of the company's needs and pain points and develop customized solutions
* Attends industry conferences and networking events to understand the latest trends
* Performs other duties as assigned

The ideal candidate will have:

* Over 10 years of Sales experience targeting the Completion sector to both Operators and Service Companies
* 4 year degree in Business, Engineering or related discipline is preferred
* Active customer base in Houston and Dallas/Fort Worth
* Proppants sales experience is highly desired, but not a requirement
* Self-starter with a strong hunter mentality
* Must be eligible to work in US without sponsorship

* Over 10 years of sales experience in Electrical distribution, equipment and/or Power Generation OR related combined sales/engineering background
* 4 year degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
* Experience with systems for low and medium voltage power distribution
* Experience with VFDs, transformers, motors, switchgears, and pumps
* Self-starter with a strong hunter mentality
* Must be eligible to work in US without sponsorship
