Location: Northwest Houston, TX

Our client is a rapidly growing, Houston based oil and gas manufacturer who is looking to expand their Accounting/Finance team by bringing on an experienced Controller.

Controller Job Description:

  • Key responsibilities for this position would include: leading the monthly, quarterly and annual financial planning and analysis for all of their North America based business.
  • Responsible for all month end closing activities for both their US and Canadian entities.
  • Responsible for managing internal controls, tax as well as AP and AR management.

Controller Job Requirements:

  • No less than 8 years' of experience in either Accounting or Finance
  • Must have a Bachelors' Degree in Accounting or Finance with an MBA/CPA strongly preferred
  • Must have previous management experience, as well as experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • Experience with Hyperion is a strong plus

Our client is a US headquartered, mid-sized independent operator who is looking to expand their Accounting/Finance team by bringing on an experienced Financial Reporting Analyst.

Financial Reporting Analyst Job Description:

  • Key responsibilities for this position would include: coordinating with financial accounting and external auditors, drafting of various financial statements, and financial budgeting.
  • Responsible for drafting accounting memos for financial statements
  • Maintaining forecasts as well as budget details in both Microsoft Office Suite and their internal system

Financial Reporting Analyst Job Requirements:

  • Must have a Bachelors' Degree in Accounting
  • An MBA or CPA is strongly preferred
  • Must have no less than 3 years' of experience in overall Accounting with 2 years' of auditing experience, as well as experience working for a big four

Our client is a Houston headquartered, mid-sized operator who is looking to expand their Accounting/Finance team by bringing on an experienced Financial Analyst.

Senior Financial Analyst Job Description:

  • Key responsibilities for this position would include: being in charge of full financial ownership as well as budgeting and actuals.
  • Responsible for analyzing and validating accounting actuals and accruals.
  • Maintaining forecasts as well as budget details in SAP and SAP BPC
  • Responsible for producing rolling forecasts, creating monthly income statements and underlying cost structures.

Senior Financial Analyst Job Requirements:

  • Must have a Bachelors' Degree in Accounting or a business related function
  • An MBA or CPA is strongly preferred
  • Must have no less than 5 years' of experience, as well as experience working for a big four
  • Must be proficient with SAP, preferably with SAP BPC
