Our client is a rapidly expanding, independent natural gas producer in Dallas who is looking to expand their Executive team by bringing on an experienced CFO.

Chief Financial Officer Job Description:

  • This individual is responsible for various duties, such as: managing the overall Accounting and Finance functions of the organization, playing a crucial role in new areas for the organization to invest in, and overseeing all budgeting and planning responsibilities.
  • Will be the point of contact within various departments, including: Accounting, Corporate Finance, FP&A, Financial Reporting and Treasury.
  • Responsible for heavy cost control, as well as asset analysis for gas focused plays.

Chief Financial Officer Job Requirements:

  • Must have no less than 8 years' of experience with previous public accounting experience a must have.
  • Must have a Bachelors' Degree in either Accounting, Finance or Economics, with a graduate degree strongly preferred.
  • CPA or CFA Certification is a preference.

  • This individual is responsible for various duties, such as: managing the overall Accounting and Finance functions of the organization, playing a crucial role in new areas for the organization to invest in, and overseeing all budgeting and planning responsibilities.
  • Will be the point of contact within various departments, including: Corporate Finance, FP&A, Financial Reporting and Treasury.
  • Responsible for leading all A&D activities, competitor analysis, and targeting strategic partnerships in bother the Upstream and Midstream industry.

  • Responsible for the preparation of monthly, quarterly and and annual financial statement packages, such as: P&L analysis, asset liability and equity accounts.

Key Responsibilities for a credit analyst include a high volume of cash posting and reconciling of ledgers in a fast-paced goal-oriented AR department. Provide exceptional support to our credit analyst and controllers

Responsibilities:

  • In get paid, Check the account for outstanding invoice(s) and see if the amounts match.
  • Email the credit analyst to research with the customer for explanation on cc their managers.
  • Clear (post) the bank lockboxes, wires, intercompany and credit cards daily.
