Our client is a rapidly growing, global oilfield equipment manufacturer who is looking to expand the team by bringing on a Lean Supervisor.


Lean Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Lean implementation activities such as 5s, Kaban development, stream mapping, and visual workplace
  • Coordinates and leads Kaizen events
  • Train on Lean manufacturing process
  • Participates in audits and develops strong understanding of Toyota Lean principles and tools
  • Reduce lead time though multiple departments


Lean Supervisor Qualifications:

  • 4 years in a lean implementation role
  • Six Sigma certification or training
  • Supervisory experience required

Manufacturing Process Engineer

Currently recruiting on behalf of a diverse Oil & Gas Manufacturing company, looking to add a Manufacturing Engineer / Manufacturing Process Engineer to their team. Responsibilities:

  • Improve overall manufacturing efficiencies by implementing Lean manufacturing methodologies
  • Develop and design new product manufacturing lines
  • Evaluate existing manufacturing process and procedures to improve design and cut costs
  • Monitor and maintain equipment safety Qualifications


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Systems or Mechanical Engineering is REQUIRED
  • 4-10 years' experience in similar role
  • Six Sigma Certification is required
  • Must have experience working in a metal fabrication shop
  • Proficient with spreadsheets and 3D CAD software SolidWorks
  • Must be a team player and be able to work in face paced environment

Senior Mechanical Engineer - Instrumentation and Controls

My client is a global manufacturer of analytical instruments and controls that are utilized in a wide variety of industries including, but not limited to petrochemical, refinery, environmental, food & beverage, and pharmaceutical. They are currently looking to bring on board a well versed Mechanical Engineer with experience in this space. I have listed the following responsibilities and requirements for this role. Responsibilities:

  • Utilizing engineering tools to review, develop and prepare documents related to Analytical instrument designs
  • Developing drawings with the use of SolidWorks and AutoCAD
  • Applying the use of FEA
  • Compiling reports and project documentations for upper management
  • Developing test procedures and conducting test
  • Coaching and mentoring junior staff

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree Mechanical Engineering, required. MS in Mechanical Engineering or Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, strongly preferred
  • 7 years' experience in electro-mechanical control systems engineering or related
  • Able to work without sponsorship
  • Local to the Houston, TX area (relocation will not be provided)
