Petroplan are currently assisting a highly accredited Engineering and Consulting firm on a number of requirements.

We are seeking a Procurement/Contracts Coordinator to join the office in Abu Dhabi.

Candidates must: -

B.S. or equivalent degree from an accredited university with minimum twenty years relevant experience including ten (10) years of outstanding Procurement and Contracts experience.

Proposed person must have been in consultant's organization for at least five (5) years in similar position.

Specific experience in Middle East for renowned clients will be essential.

Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Experience in executing similar industrial project is a must.

Supply Chain Analyst-E&P
Location: Houston, TX

Our client is a Norwegian headquartered, growing E&P operator who is looking to expand their Supply Chain department by bringing on an experienced Supply Chain Analyst.

Supply Chain Analyst Job Description:

  • This individual is responsible for various duties, such as: implementing process improvement and changes within Supply Chain, designing and building tools that enable automatic data collection and evaluating contracts and financial impacts for long-term agreements.
  • Supporting the business process manager in the alignment of the supply chain operating model to overall support new processes.
  • Design and build data models to enable analysis to provide insight and enable the department to make informed decisions.

Supply Chain Analyst Job Requirements:

  • Must have no less than 4 years' of experience, with previous E&P experience, as well as a Bachelors' Degree.
  • Must have previous Business Process Management experience.
  • Must be proficient with ERP systems, preferably within SAP
  • Some scripting knowledge within DOS, VBA and T-SQL strongly preferred.

Wellsite Services Manager

Position: Wellsite Services Manager

Location: Houston

Petroplan is currently working with an expansion focused E&P business who are in the process of adding to their operational activities. Due to this continued growth, a need has arisen within the business to add a highly Wellsite Services Manager to their Houston office location to assist with the operations teams across Production, Completion, Well services and Drilling.

In this position, you will report directly to the SVP of Services and be responsible for expanding current sourcing methods and avenues for all well site materials and services as well as being involved in all aspects of sourcing, supply chain and procurement with a key emphasis on reducing over heads. Key challenges will include:

  • Managing and initiating the internal and external bid process for Wellsite services
  • Establish a necessity planning process and KPIs to project forecasts which are aligned with operations and allow the company to measure cost control efforts and compliance
  • Deal with third party vendors with a strong focus on cost and performance

You must have at least 10 years of oil & Gas experience with a Bachelor's of Science, ideally with a leaning towards Business or Finance. You will have a very strong understanding of Project management principles and experience working on upstream operations.

Suitable candidates will be a driven, autonomous, self-motivated safety professional who is passionate and hungry to succeed.
