Commercial clerk & sales administration


What is expected:


* You work at the interface between administration and sales and supervise the affiliated brokers and sales structures at all administrative issues.
* Get to know their innovative financial products and thier service-oriented administration processes in detail.
* You independently check whether their sales partners have the necessary qualifications and admission requirements
* You take over the telephone and written processing of inquiries their distribution partners.
* The preparation of customer contracts and the settlement of commissions belong to your tasks.
* You support the department management in interface projects of administration and sales.
* You maintain our systems with master, contract or customer data and monitor the customer deposits and insurance contracts.


What you should bring with you:


* You have completed a commercial education or have an administrative or business-oriented degree.
* Professional experience in the financial services sector and initial experience with Salespeople are an advantage.
* You are safe in dealing with the common MS-Office applications, get involved quickly in new programs and are ready to get through
Further training in self-study of topics.
* You conscientiously work with sensitive data and shine with above-average service readiness

Petroplan is currently recruiting on behalf of a well known and world wide Oil & Gas company here in Houston, TX. Our client is looking to add a Project Services Team lead to their team. This position is a long term contract and will be out of Houston, TX. Prospective candidates will be supporting multiple Capital Projects in various stages within the business.
Responsibilities:
  • Multi-tasking on multiple projects at one time
  • Planning and scheduling while using P6 and Milestone Pro
  • Contractor Management and Administration
  • Managing project performances
  • Estimating
  • Document Control oversight

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in either Quality Surveryor, Construction Management, or Project Controls (Or other related degrees)
  • 10 years of project controls experience in energy, power and / or Oil & Gas industries
  • PMP Certification is preferred
  • Previous experience in Scheduling, Cost Control and Document Controlling
  • Must be eligible to work in the US
  • Must be proficient in P6 / Primavera, Multiple Scheduling programs and Microsoft Office

Supply & Logistics Deputy Section Manager

Supply & Logistics Deputy Section Manager is to assist Section Manager and DGD in charge of Commercial in his responsibilities for supply and logistics of petroleum products, petrochemicals products and other works assigned by DGD in charge and Section Manager. Upon the Commercial Division is established, he will take the roles of commercial deputy manager.


For this position, minimum works are as follows:

  • Guide, direct and motivate subordinates including the setting and monitoring of performance standards and assessing training needs in association with the Human Resources Section.
  • Provide support on all matters relating to supply and logistics of products and shipping activities.
  • Provide an efficient integrated auditing system, aimed at ensuring adherence to the company policy, as well as to continuously identify possible system and performance improvements.
  • Assist in the development of departmental objectives, policies, strategies and procedures.
  • Assess the qualifying of outside services, employees and contractors to ensure competence and compliance to the required job requirements and specification


Educational Level

  • A bachelor's degree in foreign trade, economy or degree of engineer in petroleum/petrochemical industry or equivalent.
  • Min 10 years' experience in supply & logistics, especially for petroleum / petrochemical business or equivalent.


Specialty/Qualification

  • Be familiar with all Government regulations, applicable company policies and procedures for Refinery.
  • Having experience in trading, supply and logistics for petroleum products, petrochemicals products or crude oil or relevant.
  • Having experience in preparation of workflows, procedures, manuals.
  • Having knowledge of marine facilities design and experience in management of tanker operation, refinery feedstock, products.
  • Having experience in shipping market and tanker chartering.


Skills

  • Capability in negotiation of products sale agreement and tanker charter party. Ability to convince offtakers and spot buyers.
  • Strong decision making abilities under pressure and innovative to generate new ideas.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to teach skills to freshmen and exhibit patience.
  • Report writing and presentation skills.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook.

Job role
* Be responsible globally to develop and implement some Company
Strategies for Strategic Products Categories.
* Be responsible to supervise and coordinate all Procurement Tendering
activities to support Tenders managed from Greece.
* Supervise and coordinate a team of Procurement Engineers, Category
Leads and Technical Expert based globally.
* Re-assess continuously task plan and priorities as well as maintaining a
continuous motivation in the team.
* Strive to achieve Procedural integrity on activity under his control.


Responsibilities for Tendering:
* Closely coordinate and align with the Procurement Director for critical
activity such as definition of the Procurement strategy, coordination
with other regions for the resource, interface with other Dept,
negotiation strategy.
* Coordinate with all relevant in-house departments to ensure all
requirements are included in the bidding documents issued during the
Tender process (ITB, CS, Procurement Summary).
* Ensure a Tender Procurement Plan is developed systematically and up to
date.
* Ensure to achieve cost optimization through better knowledge and
pricing from the supplier market,
* Always think to ensure a proper balance between cost optimization and
mitigation of risks during execution.
* Ensure the team stick to the Tender schedule and focus on principle
targets such as price and deliverable.

Experience:
* Overall 10 years' experience in work related field including 5 years' as
Procurement Manager at Department or Corporate level.
* Previous experience in EPC Marine Construction and/or Oil & Gas
Complex projects.
* A demonstrable experience equivalent to minimum 5 years managing
Category Management, Frame Agreement and contract management
* Proven experience with Supplier Market in Middle East or/and North
Africa.
