Requisition Title: OSBL Superintendent
The OSBL Superintendent will be responsible for OSBL construction coordination and execution.
The OSBL Superintendent will coordinate the OSBL coordinators and supervise the Contractors' daily work include planning, organizing, directing, and controlling methods of construction, manpower levels, material quantities, equipment, work schedule and documentations.
Primary Functions:
* Responsible for Safety guidance and enforcement of site rules and regulations. 25%

* Ensures OSBL coordinators bring RFI's to closure, and contractors work complies with project requirements, specifications and / or drawings. 15%

Required Experience/Certifications:
* Appropriate Trade designation / certification (Carpenter / Ironworker / Concrete etc.)
* Journeyman designation as a minimum
* A minimum of 25 years of experience on large capital projects
* Proven track record of success as an effective leader and construction professional
* Strong technical competency at the planning, execution, and completion levels
* Proven practical knowledge of current project and construction management tools and practices (e.g. cost management systems, scheduling, estimating, risk tools, constructability, etc.)
* An understanding of the competitive environment and ideally bring an extensive personal network of contacts in the EPC, Oil and Gas and related large-scale process industries while understanding the issues and challenges is required
* Effective communication skills both written and verbal

Job Title Instrument Technician

Role Provide quality maintenance activities like IPF testing, preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance of instrumentation equipment as per the plan or otherwise necessary.

Qualification HND or Diploma in relative discipline or its equivalent. Alternatively, a trade test witnessed by COMPANY discipline Engineer.
Experience More than 6 years' experience in the oil and gas or power generation industries with a minimum of 2 years in an Instrument Maintenance Technician position.

Job Skills
a. English Language read, write and speaking to IELTS level 3.
b. Able to work with computers, word, excel, and windows and good understanding of CMMS.
c. Able to understand Work Orders and discuss repair methods with supervision.
d. Able to use all standard instrument test equipment.
e. Can read and understand drawings, PFS, PEFS, Loop diagrams Instrument data sheets
f. Able to recognise flanges, gasket and bolt types, and types of tubing systems including compression fittings and be able to make off accordingly.
g. Have hand skills for bending tubes and fittings
h. Conversant with hazardous area equipment Personality Good interpersonal communication skill, problem solving skills, time management skills and work in harmony with co-workers.

Principal Responsibilities
a. Carry out routine maintenance of pressure, temperature, level and flow loops, including removal and reinstallation.
b. Assist in loop testing, function testing and commissioning of instrumentation loops.
c. Install all types of field instrumentation including the cabling, supports and stands, instrument impulse lines and connections to process with the minimum of supervision.
d. Perform tube bending; tube bending in groups; install instrument stands, instrument air headers, instruments, tube tray; screw pipe.
e. Install all types of field instrumentation including the cabling, supports and stands, instrument impulse lines and connections to process with the minimum of supervision.
f. Acquire PTW certificate and carry out all the responsibilities of PTW Holder.
g. Work extended hours and respond to call out duties as and when required

Role: Port Engineer

Our Client is developing the Installation & Construction (I&C) port base in Lezardrieux and is assessing several locations for permanent Operations & Maintenance (O&M) port base (St Quay portieux and St. Malo).

Client has already a CONSULTANT, which is responsible for Project Management Support for I&C Port and O&M. However, Client requires a Port Engineer to manage CONSULTANT as well as to interface with the project team and lead on other activities

The Service is to assist CLIENT on the delivery of the I&C and O&M ports

The Scope of Work shall include but not be limited to:

  • Assist CLIENT on I&C, mainly identification and analysis of alternatives, planning and delivery.
  • Lead to identify the solution for a permanent port O&M base.
  • Plan, scope, monitor and supervision of the work done by CONSULTANT,
  • Collaborate with CONSULTANT, jointly producing deliverables.
  • Work independently on own deliverables assigned by the Construction manager.
  • Report and manage the programme and budget, including initial and continuing progress. Documentation shall be in English and French language.
  • Keep local stake holder team updated on the progress of works.
  • Prepare reports to assist the Construction Manager on the decision making.
  • Ensure CLIENT interests are protected.
  • Participation in regular coordination meetings with CONSULTANT, internal and with external stakeholders as required.

Qualification and Experience

Personnel must have an engineering degree, on a discipline related to ports infrastructures (e.g. Civil Engineer).

The Engineer must have demonstrable experience in the planning, design and construction of ports infrastructure in France.

It is also required to demonstrate experience in local legislation, construction regulations, consents, stakeholders, etc., applicable to ports infrastructure and to buildings construction in port areas.

Port Engineer shall be able to communicate in French language. Therefore Advance (C1) level is the minimum requirement.
