Requirements Educational Level :
University degree in metallurgy, welding, engineering, or science.
Work Experience: Minimum of 10 years (including refinery and petrochemical)
Skills:
Sound knowledge of applicable international codes/standards such as ASME, AWS, NACE, ASTM, API and TEMA.

Responsibility
Materials and Corrosion Engineer is responsible for providing metallurgical and welding support to the Asset Integrity.
Typical duties would include the following:
Resolve problems related to materials performance, welding, repairs and corrosion management of refinery equipment.
Specify NDE methods needed to assure the quality of repair work and interpretation of results; - Approve Method statement including WPS submitted by Contractor/Vendor.
Contribute to work plans for events such as planned shutdowns. Estimate quantities of welding consumables required for Maintenance activities.
Interface with other refinery personnel to provide advice and front line metallurgical support to maintenance and operations personnel.
Carry out failure investigation to identify root cause(s) of failures using techniques such as TapRoot.
Write and contribute to others' Root Cause Analysis reports.
Write reports on metallurgical/welding matters for the Metallurgical Leader and managers as required.
Oversee the application and interpretation of Vietnamese material and metallurgical codes and other applicable codes and standards.
Guide, direct and motivate less experienced engineers and operators. This includes specifying and delivering education and training and assessing performance; this is carried out in conjunction with the NSRP Human Resources Section.

Position Description
We are seeking an experienced Scheduler Engineer to join our Unconventional Resources Engineering & Project Management Department (URE&PMD). URE&PMD is responsible for the development and coordination of the capital program for Unconventional Resources within company, in addition to providing engineering support and project management. The scope of the capital program requires companywide planning in the form of the master scheduling system, planning and scheduling standards and procedures involving interfaces with all areas of our company, to verify and fulfil facilities requirements. The program covers current field development in three different parts of Saudi Arabia. Your primary role is to provide a complete planning service to the URE&PMD team, demonstrating expertise in managing large, complex projects with a global reach.
Minimum Requirements
You will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
You will have a minimum of 12 years' experience with a strong preference for 15 years' plus working experience in a similar role in the Oil and Gas Industry. Experience of FEED and EPC projects, including revamp projects, is essential. You must be a proficient user of Primavera P6 and spreadsheets, with database capability. You should a proven track record in engineering and construction of refinery, oil and gas, petrochemical, or similar facilities. You should be knowledgeable in system aspects of planning/risk software. You will have prior experience in upstream oil and gas, midstream, LNG, refining, and petrochemicals industries.
Duties & Responsibilities
Plan and provide work direction as required for the preparation of planning and scheduling control systems and other practices, to give engineering, procurement, and construction supervisors means to evaluate and improve the efficiency of their project execution. Prepare pre-commissioning/commissioning schedule, sequence, and priority systems/sub-systems as per process requirements and construction status. Prepare and update relevant project controls sections of the project execution plan, work breakdown structure, cost breakdown structure, progress measurement procedure, budget, contracts, claims, change orders, and reporting procedure. Maintain budget tracking tools and forecast project completion cost and time, including earned-value analysis.. Participate in meetings (i.e., program review meetings, progress meetings, coordination meetings, constructability review meetings, etc.) and manage all communications regarding project planning activities. Provide efficient and accurate feedback for all processes to PMC Team. Review and comment on contractor's program (contractor's baseline, look ahead update, any revised schedule), contractor manpower forecasts, as well as contractor submitted reports. Provide program impact analysis and variance analysis. Provide critical path analysis and address critical issues of the project. Follow-up the equipment/materials delivery, as well as engineering work packages issuance. Evaluate the resource plan and progress measurement system established by EPC contractors, and participate in progress and monthly invoice evaluation exercise. Participate in the change management process and trends analysis. Also highlight potential problems with recommendations for remedial action, and ensure changes have been incorporated in the project plan/schedule. Develop detailed engineering schedules in conjunction with lead discipline engineers. Develop engineering progress measurement systems, and report progress and productivity. Co-ordination of schedule interfaces between licensors' and subcontractors' activities. Provide regular forecasting of the project schedule, including key milestones. We are seeking an experienced Scheduler Engineer to join our Unconventional Resources Engineering & Project Management Department (URE&PMD). URE&PMD is responsible for the development and coordination of the capital program for Unconventional Resources within company, in addition to providing engineering support and project management. The scope of the capital program requires companywide planning in the form of the master scheduling system, planning and scheduling standards and procedures involving interfaces with all areas of our company, to verify and fulfil facilities requirements. The program covers current field development in three different parts of Saudi Arabia. Your primary role is to provide a complete planning service to the URE&PMD team, demonstrating expertise in managing large, complex projects with a global reach.
Minimum Requirements
You will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
You will have a minimum of 12 years' experience with a strong preference for 15 years' plus working experience in a similar role in the Oil and Gas Industry. Experience of FEED and EPC projects, including revamp projects, is essential. You must be a proficient user of Primavera P6 and spreadsheets, with database capability. Prepare pre-commissioning/commissioning schedule, sequence, and priority systems/sub-systems as per process requirements and construction status. Maintain budget tracking tools and forecast project completion cost and time, including earned-value analysis.. Minimum Requirements
As the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or an equivalent technical field. Participation in post-graduate technical seminars and course work related to technical specialty. An advanced degree such as a Master of Science degree, is preferred. You should have achieved recognition through activities on committees of professional societies or participation in University sponsored programs. You should have a minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in the petroleum industry, related industry or governmental sectors.

Responsibilities:

Setting a budget in timely manner, working in unison with Country Manager/Director and Operations Managers, ensure that all Business unit locations have sufficient resources to run smooth and continuous operations without any disruption due to manufacturing & delivery of relevant and essential Assets and Spares which has been sold-off to the Customer with/for the services to achieve Customer & Company unified production goals and objectives.
Provide an analysis to monitor the progress, profitability, production and workflow assuring that we are in line company ethics and policies, and to supply report to the Senior Management Team.
Build and maintain a culture of trust and mutual respect with all Business Unit Managers, Country Managers, Sr. Management and subordinates based on honest feedback, clearly defined expectations, open communications, accessibility and consistency at all levels

Principal Accountabilities

Responsible for managing maintenance applications, such that the applications meet the requirements and wishes of users, functions well and is constantly available. Maintenance Applications
Ensuring that maintenance applications including CMMS meets users' wishes, including by dealing with calls in which users state their wishes for themselves
Agreeing with the vendor whether a given desired adjustment to the system would be technically possible/available
Controlling access to, use of and safeguarding of maintenance applications by drawing up user definitions, establishing the levels of authorisation, etc.
Ordering (or ensuring the order of) the installation of, and ensuring, the initial tests/assessment of new/modified system updates
Advising on and/or elaborating proposals on system updates and/or on transitioning to a new version of the systems
Supporting users in their use of applications or ensuring this is done and providing troubleshooting

Petroplan are assisting a world leader in hydrocarbons exploration, production, refining and distribution in their search for Pipeline Corrosion Engineer to be based in one of their offices in Dammam.
Key Duties
Develop, implement and maintain Corrosion Management Plans (CMP) for the pipelines as per Saudi Aramco standards, including design of scraping, chemical injection and corrosion monitoring programs.
Carry out failure investigation and fitness for service evaluations for the pipelines failures typically involving corrosion, erosion, vibration, impact, stress and welding/manufacturing/coating defect failure modes and provide recommendations to prevent failures and improve integrity of the pipelines.
Provide technical support for materials and coatings selection based on the international and Saudi Aramco standards.
Ideal candidate
The successful candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in materials, metallurgical or chemical (or other relevant discipline) with a focus on corrosion.
NACE Corrosion Technologist or NACE Internal Corrosion Technologist certification. Any other NACE Senior and Specialist-level certifications would be an asset.
Minimum 10 years' experience in the oil and gas industry.
Working knowledge of internal and external corrosion mechanisms common to upstream oil and gas industry and its corresponding corrosion management such as In-Line inspection and Scraping.

Job Title: Deck Coordinator Admin Area: Pipelines, Distribution & Terminals Location: Saudi Arabia Status: Staff - Residential Position Description Our client a Supermajor National Oil Company is seeking an Offshore Boat Deck Coordinator to join the Terminal Maintenance Department (TMD) within the Pipelines, Distribution and Terminals Department. The TMD is considered a key organization within the companies production chain, as it handles the maintenance of critical facilities, and is responsible for crude oil shipments from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the entire globe. Your primary role will be to perform maintenance work on catenary anchor leg moorings (CALM), single anchor leg moorings (SALM), single-point moorings (SPMs), and supervise the maintenance team, to safely and efficiently complete the offshore scheduled and emergency work. You will implement the highest safety and environmental standards, governed by the client safety and environmental procedures and policies team. Coordinate activities of SPM removal, installation, and testing and inspection (T&I) maintenance, with barges and support boats. You will live and work on a marine vessel located permanently offshore. Minimum Requirements
As the successful candidate, you will have a diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Diving. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
You will have a minimum of 13 years' experience in marine maintenance, oil operation, cranes, and rigging.
Duties & Responsibilities
Assist maintenance team, to safely and efficiently complete the offshore scheduled and emergency work.
Perform daily SPM checks; weekly inspections; and preventive and reactive maintenance of offshore SPMs.
Replace and change-out all types of marine hoses, including subsea, full float, half float, and others.
Perform SPM and CALM bearing assessments, and provide reports.
Maintain and replace subsea valves, and perform direct grease injection operations.
Replace and change mooring hawsers and coordinate oil spills and cleanups.
Ensure and implement the highest safety and environmental standards, governed by client safety and environmental procedures and policies.
Work under SPM area foreman supervision to coordinate all work activities and assignments.
Communicate constantly with Terminal Shift Superintendents, Marine Department, Offshore Platform, and Piloting Operations, to coordinate workboat operations, and safely complete assigned activities.
Communicate with lead divers to coordinate all diving inspection and repair work.
Maintain adequate tools and materials on the workboat, to carry out normal maintenance.
Coordinate SPM work activities related to removals, installations, and maintenance with barges and support boats for T&I or major repairs.

Our client currently requires a HSE Engineer. This role is responsible for the overall support, development and maintenance of effective, Health, Safety and Environmental programs, including managing compliance, reporting and directing the development, deployment and continuous improvement of environmental, health and safety management systems across our client's operations. A good process safety operations background is definitely preferred.

Trading Settlements Lead
He/She will be responsible for managing invoicing, settlements, cash & collection of physical, financial and freight trading activities related to the LNG desk to ensure trades are recorded and settled (payments and receivables) in an accurate and timely manner.
Experience on paper (exchange instruments) in addition to physical commodity settlements will be much preferred.
Requirements:
Extensive work-based experience in Commodity/Energy trading settlements is necessary.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting.
