  • RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for the detailed design, specification and qualification of the proposed intelligent well system, working very closely with the primary service provider both remotely and in situ (as required)
  • Responsible for all the technical interfaces of the intelligent well system including but not limited to the surface control systems, operability requirements, and well integrity requirements and subsurface design criteria
  • Responsible for verification of the design life, specification and subsequent acceptance of all vendor qualification testing of all specified equipment and individual components as necessary
  • Responsible for the design and execution of a full Systems Integration Test (SIT) prior to shipping and again upon delivery of the intelligent well system to country to ensure the functionality and operability of the system
  • Responsible for the detailed completion design including preparation of the Basis for Well Design for the intelligent well

Purpose and responsibilities:

  • Manage the maintenance estimation cost including analyzing estimating cost gaps between Originator requested and corrected estimation. Recommend for improvements in the cost estimation process.
  • Review proposed estimation cost submissions, consolidate into a complete estimation for Managers' approval.
  • Identify factors affecting costs, such as maintenance duration time, materials, service, and labor
  • Maintain records of estimated and actual costs, recommend ways to reduce costs
  • Consult with maintenance engineers, engineering engineer, contractors, and subcontractors to changes and adjustments cost estimates.
  • Effectively communicate the approved cost estimation to concerned parties.
  • Review, update and propose enhancements to the maintenance cost model.
  • Coordinate with budget controller for preparation of budget and financial forecasts and report variances
  • Develop workflow/procedures, technical documents in order to prepare maintenance cost estimation.
  • Perform maintenance cost estimation data entry, data search, extraction, retrieval or modification through Company's E-documents Management systems (The CMMS, CDMS, EDMS, etc.)

Role Synopsis:

To develop & maintain resource loaded schedules for the main project scope from first principles in collaboration with the construction teams, commissioning teams and operations

Key Accountabilities:

  • Ensure key planning deliverables are developed, maintained, assessed, and communicated
  • Ensure contractor compliance with contractual planning, scheduling and reporting requirements detailed within the Project Coordination Procedures (PCP)
  • Produce good quality, robust, salient & succinct written reports and summary presentations - able to use helicopter vision to communicate clarity from complexity
  • Assist in performing "what if" and/or risked scheduling scenarios (as required) to support development of alternative work sequences
  • Assist in providing experience-based duration estimates as inputs to schedule risk analysis (SRA) exercises.

  • Previous experience of initial development / maintaining / reporting against a level 3 resource loaded execution schedule
  • Proven track record of successfully working as part of a team of planning engineers in a project environment, supporting the development of others in the team.
  • Substantial experience interfacing and working with construction, commissioning, engineering and operations personnel
  • Significant experience working with internationally-based contractors
  • Experience and demonstrable track record of being able to communicate planning information clearly to senior management and put in context of the overall project status to enable quality decision making (clarity from complexity)
  • Primavera (P6) project planning software.
  • Advanced influencing and communication skills in English language
