Job Skills

  • Aware of different pipe, gaskets and bolting materials (PEFS and piping class).

Principal Responsibilities

  • Support out-put based maintenance scope .

  • Develop and submit look ahead plan in weekly basis in order to ensure integration with company look ahead plans.
  • Plan associated activities for all Work Orders/requests well in advance including but not limited to plan and schedule company complex multi-discipline maintenance activities including work scope and required resources, so as to ensure the follow-up for Work Order closure while ensuring adherence to standard procedures.


Qualification Degree or HND in relative discipline or its equivalent.
Experience More than 4 years' experience in planning discipline in the petrochemical/ oil and gas or power generation industry.

To support the company warehouse for all routine and non-routine activities.


Principal Responsibilities

  • Use industrial lift trucks, pallet jacks, handling tools, motorised equipment, such as forklifts, to move manufactured goods and materials to and from storage areas, warehouse rack and delivery vehicles.
  • Picking, filling, packing and shipping orders. Apply labels to containers, load filling machines, stack and palletize products
  • Track orders and document work, pack shipping containers and boxes, pull ordered materials from appropriate bins, receive and sequence pulling orders d. Assist/support in stock checks and other day to day routine tasks in the warehouse.
  • Carry out warehouse material receipt and issuance within company Plant (spares, consumables, chemical etc.) and maintain records.
  • Check that material received is in compliance with the requirements and report nonconformance on a timely basis. g. Report all non-conformances to indicate losses or damage of material in the warehouse.
  • Label all materials delivered to company warehouse to ensure storage in proper locations.
  • Follow procedures for preservation of all materials stored in company warehouse and yard.
  • Adhere to procedures for proper documentation for the receipt and issuance of stock.
  • Handle hazardous materials with safety procedures in mind.
  • Operate forklift in safe way and/or supervise forklift operation with another Operator.
  • Check that all dispatch off site materials is well packed before transported to the required destination.


Qualification

  • Diploma in relative discipline or its equivalent.
  • Alternatively, a trade test witnessed by company discipline Engineer.
  • Experience more than 4 years' experience in mechanical maintenance with 2 years in similar role

The Assistant Management Accountant's responsibilities will include:

  • Performing the monthly margin analysis review for the Regions in your area, identifying any omission, errors or mis-postings and then adjusting as appropriate
  • Monthly cost control and reporting
  • Reviewing the Cost Centre reports, posting accruals as necessary and documenting all major variances to budget. Supporting the cost centre managers in understanding and controlling their expenditure and managing it to the budgeted levels
  • Month end prepayments and accruals
  • Support the overhead budgeting process by identifying cost drivers and inputting data into the budget templates
  • Being a Finance Partner to assigned Key Accounts with the objective of achieving the financial objectives for that client
  • Inputting monthly exchange rates into Dimensions, and validating new Account Payable suppliers in Dimensions
  • Ad hoc financial, operational and reporting tasks/projects

About you, you will have:

  • Experience of working in a finance department in a similar role
  • Strong financial analysis and planning experience
  • Intermediate spreadsheet techniques
  • Good systems knowledge (Access Dimensions experience would be an advantage)
  • Ability to take complex financial issues and make them easy to understand
  • The ability to work well under pressure, with a robust and resilient attitude in order to deal effectively with work demands
  • Numerate, with a good eye for detail, presentation and overall high work standards

What does the role include?

Contractor Management:

  • Managing the new starter induction process (on-boarding) for contractors commencing assignments with your allocated clients. This includes handling all mobilisation procedures such as travel, visas, work permits, WCB, checking Incorporation registration of contractors, medicals and accommodation. It will involve close liaison with clients and contractors as well as our internal recruitment consultants.
  • Tracking visas/work permits/medical renewals and rotation schedules.
  • Be the first point of contact for contractors whilst on assignment to answer questions and solve any issues.
  • Managing the off-boarding process for all contractors.


Human Resources and Finance

  • Liaising with payroll to ensure invoices are paid promptly and queries are dealt with efficiently
  • Liaising with insurers where necessary for client queries and contractor claims as well as Petroplan's own insurance.
  • Managing all banking requirements for the office, including handling all cheques
  • Conducting accounts payable and accounts receivable work locally (including chasing payments) and working with the Finance team to update our internal systems

Job Purpose
Perform electrical maintenance, fault diagnostics, repair and modification activities within company onshore facilities to provide optimal availability, reliability and cost optimisation whilst ensuring that the highest safety and environmental standards are maintained.

Key Result Areas (Key Accountabilities)
1. Contribute to a high standard of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) performance by following HSE standards at all times, including the prompt reporting of any safety or environmental hazards or incidents.
2. During specific maintenance activities, develop Risk Assessments which identify hazards and manage associated risks to enable safe performance of the maintenance activities; compliance to such Risk Assessments is mandatory.
3. Implement effective and timely equipment maintenance / overhaul and repair to ensure maximum availability, reliability and safety in their operation.
4. Diagnose faults and effect remedial repairs on company's equipment and systems in a logical and effective manner. Such diagnostics are often performed in cooperation with the Control Systems team and the use of Laptop computers connected to Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).
5. Develop maintenance procedures and job scopes for inclusion into the DPE maintenance management system.
6. Assist with electrical technician competency development by performing regular on the job training and mentoring of electrical technicians as instructed by the Electrical Supervisor.
7. Supervise contract labour so as to ensure safe and effective implementation of daily duties.
8. Read drawings and parts lists to aid in fault finding and to develop bills of material for project related work.

Work closely with Mechanical, Electrical and Instrument Senior Technicians on a daily basis, Margham Plant Superintendent, Gas Control Station (GCS) Supply Lead, GCS Systems Supervisor, Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Terminal Lead, and Senior Pipeline Engineer and their staff, maintenance technicians and supervisors, Onshore supervisors of operations, Electrical Engineers.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Job Related Competencies
Educational Qualifications:
* Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or other appropriate field.

Experience Profile:
* 5 years post certificate maintenance experience in oil/gas industry or, 5 to 10 years post apprenticeship experience of oil and gas field facilities.
* 5 years in a senior position.
* Experience in safe low, medium, and high-voltage electrical isolation procedures including 400 v, 3.3 kV, and 33 kV systems.
* Experience of working in Hazardous Classified areas such as Class 1 div I and II or Ex Zones 1, 2 and 3.
* Practical experience working with medium voltage variable frequency drives for motor control.
* Practical experience working with gas turbine generator sets preferably with Solar TT4000 and Allen Bradley / Rockwell ControlLogix control systems.
* Skilled in Root Cause Analysis.
* Experience in computerised maintenance management systems.
* Having experience in E-permit system would be distinct advantage.

* Strong written and spoken English language skills.
