Lead HSE Advisor

Petroplan is actively recruiting for a Lead HSE Advisor to join an operator company based in Azerbaijan. The position is a rotational (14 day on/off) contract position.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 5 years' experience in HSE
  • NEBOSH or equivalent certification/ degree
  • Competent in communicating in English, Azeri and Russian language.
  • Previous offshore vessel experience required


  • ensure full compliance with the HSE procedures.
  • Support in the implementation of the safety guidelines.
  • Ensure Reporting and Recording are compliant with the HSE Procedures.
  • Review and prepare HSE Documents, Procedures and review of Risk Assessments.
  • Ensure Permit to Work Systems are managed in accordance with approved procedures.
  • Ensure that all accidents, incidents, near misses and unsafe conditions are investigated and reported, and corrective actions are promptly taken to prevent reoccurrence of the same.
