SUMMARY

Installs, maintains, and repairs machinery, equipment, physical structures in industrial establishments by performing the duties below.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Visually inspects and tests machinery and equipment
  • Detects malfunctions of machines or equipment and diagnose problem or repair machine
  • Dismantles defective machines and equipment and installs new or repaired parts
  • Cleans and lubricates shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery
  • Lays out, assembles, installs, and maintains pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, and repairs and replaces gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment
  • Repairs and maintains physical structure of establishment
  • Ability to weld stainless and regular steel
  • Installs, programs, or repairs automated machinery and equipment such as robots or programmable controllers
  • Sets up and operates machine tools such as lathe, grinder, drill, and milling machine to repair or fabricate machine parts, jigs and fixtures, and tools
  • Routine facility maintenance to include light plumbing, painting, removal and installation of fixtures, and other general items as needed
  • Minor electrical trouble shooting and repairs

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Must have valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Ability to drive forklift
  • 2-4 years' experience as Industrial Maintenance Mechanic/Electrician; or equivalent combination of professional education and experience
  • Must have in-depth knowledge of complex mechanical systems, industrial electricity, hydraulics and pneumatics
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals in English
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence as needed in English
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
  • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent as needed for the job
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several variables in standardized situations

Duties & Responsibilities

Qualifications:

  • Maintain, enhance, and provide upgrade support for SAP FICO, TR, AP, and AR modules based on business requirements. Support related Finance and Accounting applications and integrations.
  • Serve as a liaison between Finance and Accounting and Treasury groups, with IT to gather requirements, prioritize work, manage development, perform testing, and migrate changes to production.
  • Collaborate with both IT and Finance and Accounting and Treasury team members in a dynamic team environment.
  • Design, develop, implement and support enhancements and integrations related to SAP finance modules.
  • Serve as a technical liaison to applicable vendors and banks supporting SAP interfaces and data integrations.
  • Document the workflows of existing processes to identify and recommend process and system improvements.
  • Act as the IT project manager as needed.
  • Ensure compliance of related audit controls for supported systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required. Concentration in MIS, Computer Science or other technical degree strongly preferred
  • 7 years' experience in SAP including 5 years in SAP FI modules support and 5 years ABAP development desired

We are seeking to welcome a Senior Systems Administrator to our newly formed Information Technology team.

The Senior Systems Administrator interfaces regularly with other IT Operations Administrators, Network Administrators and Technical Services leadership, and is responsible for the installation, monitoring and support of client facing systems in our IT infrastructure environment.

Additional duties consist of standard Enterprise IT infrastructure support of Servers and Active Directory.

Responsibilities:

  • Hands on administration of all IT infrastructure related services with a focus on - though not exclusively - compute, networking, identity, and VMware services; to include tiers 2 and 3 end user support as needed
  • Hands on administration of Windows virtual environment to include management of GPOs, troubleshooting and resolving OS level issues; to include tiers 2 and 3 end user support as needed
  • Hands on administration of all backup and patching activities for the IT Infrastructure.
  • Routine auditing, and proactive assessment of, the IT infrastructure environment in order to continuously, and systematically, identify opportunities for improvement, service enhancement, and cost optimization for the business
  • Continual assessment and management of risk within the IT infrastructure environment and remediation of identified vulnerabilities and risks
  • IT Infrastructure backup and disaster recovery capabilities; ensuring on and offsite backups, redundancy, and high availability of all resources is optimized and maintained in order to minimize downtime and maximize recoverability
  • Supporting secure identity management and authentication capabilities via centralized authentication mechanisms; SAML, Kerberos, LDAP, and/or federation
  • Additional duties as assigned, ability to work with minimal supervision, and availability to work night and weekend hours as required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information technology or related field, or 7 or more years of equivalent experience
  • 5 years or more of hands-on experience in supporting applications and functions in a IT Infrastructure environment
  • 3 years or more of hands-on experience in Windows system administration

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong experience in implementing, monitoring and maintaining Microsoft and VMware data center solutions, including major services related to Compute, Storage, Network and Security
  • Strong knowledge of Backup, Restore, Recovery and high availability for Microsoft and IT server environments
  • Windows Server creation, configuration, upgrade, migration and patching
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving IT Server environment performance issues, connectivity issues, security issues, etc
  • Ability to identify and troubleshoot Windows server related CPU, memory, I/O, disk space and other resources
  • Strong understanding and background of working with a complex Active Directory, LDAP and the requirement of strictly following standards, procedures, and processes
  • Advanced knowledge of DNS, DHCP, Kerberos and Windows Authentication
  • Knowledge of modern Windows operating systems.
  • Excellent PowerShell skills
