The role will be based in London, Glasgow or Paris. Future site set up for the project shall be at Normandie or Saint Brieuc; when the site office is ready this will be considered as the base office.

A minimum of five years offshore wind experience is required.

Petroplan are pleased to be supporting a major global energy operator client continue their expansion into the EV industry.

After successfully growing their EV Charging team over the past few months, they are looking to diversify their existing Truck Division into the EV industry.

The Programme Manager Office & Analyst role is to support our clients Truck Electrification team in the delivery of early phase projects and initiatives.

Ideally you will have previous experience across the e-mobility industry (automotive, Truck or charging infrastructure providers would be desirable but not essential)

You will join a highly integrated and ?interconnected organization requiring close cross-functional and matrixed ways of working. You will be working across both development and delivery "squad" teams (internal and 3rd parties) who are enabling the launch of early customer offer propositions, product solutions and infrastructure - seeking to rapidly learn and continuously improve our offer and insights.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Prime responsibility will be to establishing core tools and processes and lead the co-ordination and delivery of these cross functional projects across all markets
  • Ensure projects are progressed in a structured, consistent, disciplined and efficient way to facilitate rapid, assured progress
  • Establishing best in class programme management tools and processes (building on existing practice - including Agile, Kanban methodologies) and assuring that they are fully embedded within each commercial project
  • Programme management at a portfolio level (origination through to execute) ensuring consistent high-quality approach and efficient and safe delivery.
  • Provide PMO support to a number of commercial infrastructure and partnership projects that are in various stages from project initiation to project completion, located in the UK and mainland Europe
  • Ensure projects are well-prepared for success - assist in the facilitation of resources, decision tracking, work scheduling, stakeholder management and engagement to assist with smooth and successful silent running
  • Centralised reporting of programme delivery
  • Co-ordination and production of periodic project communications e.g. project dashboards
  • Development of standard project reporting materials to support senior project governance
  • Provision of updates to monthly governance meeting as appropriate.
  • Co-ordination and holder of budget management
  • Assist and support project and programme delivery as required
  • Facilitation of internal and external meetings

  • Ability to demonstrate experience in the full range of responsibilities required
  • Able to conduct scoping/study exercises that understand actual performance and turn these into meaningful actions to resolve.
  • Act a co-ordination point for project teams comprised of a business owner, work stream leads, business analysts, and subject matter experts.

As a Lead Document Controller you'll be reporting to PMC Projects Controller Manager and works under his direction working on the Red Sea project.

Responsibilities -

  • Ensuring HSSEQ goals, objectives and targets are met through personal leadership and involvement.
  • Safe delivery and handover of the project to the owner, suitability, safely on time, within budget, ensuring that a quality product is produced that represents 'best value' for the owner and their stakeholders.
  • To act as a focal point for the receipt, registering, sorting, archiving and retrieval of all project documents related to the project.

  • Liaise with PMC personnel to ensure the receipt of complete documents, updated drawings, specifications or other project documents in accordance with specific EPC Contract conditions.
  • Prepare and follow up requisitions for all documents, drawings and printing needs.
  • Maintain monitoring systems for all incoming technical documents from ECP contractor.
  • Establish and maintain listing of all project technical documents, specifications and drawings.
  • Supervise control and monitor all incoming and outgoing project documents, reproduction and distribution to the owner, PMC team and the EPC Contractor.
  • Use of scanner for conversation of all key documents to electronic files/PDF for easy access and distribution.
  • Identify all documents that need retention or removal from the Project documentation room.
  • Manage the archiving systems for the department documentation room and evaluate and recommend the methods for archiving, cross indexing and cataloguing of all documents and drawings.
  • Ensure the proper follow up of the as built status of the documents and participate with the ECP contractor in categorizing these documents.
  • Maintain up to date copies of PMC and owner processes and specifications.
  • Arrange, segregate and issue drawings, Vendors manuals and all documents to the relevant owner concerned teams.
  • Coordinate the proper handling tracking of owner technical documentation.
  • Maintain close liaison and coordination with construction sites and other owner concerned teams to ensure that all project requirements are adhered to during project execution and ensure the smooth handover of completed documentation, as - builts to operations and maintenance teams at project close out.
  • Liaise with the ECP contractor, Vendors and Suppliers to ensure the receipt of complete documents, updated drawings and specifications or other relevant documents in accordance with the specifications, and conditions of the EPC contract.
  • Coordination and follow up for the timely completion of all project documentation related to activities e.g. document revision and updating, EPC contract and its amendments finalization correspondence with stakeholders, EPC Vendors, Suppliers and Subcontractors.
  • Closely monitor and coordinate the different documents and drawings received from the EPC contractor, Vendors and Suppliers to ensure that project documentation is in accordance with the agreed deliverables register and clarify any queries or problems that might arise.



Qualifications & Experience -

  • 12 years experience as a Document Controller.
  • Experience in being able to monitor, lead and follow up activities related to the administration and management of technical documentation for the project from the conception through to hand over, to ensure that all project documents are properly organized and maintained with the required level of integrity and confidentially.
  • Be able to identify all documents that need retention or removal from the Project documentation room.
  • Work closely and support other teams.
  • Be able to coordinate and facilitate all necessary administrative support services for the project.

Requirements:

  • Four year degree in Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain Management.

Logistics System Specialist (Systems support) will support the overall logistics for process execution, adherence, and standardization.

Job Purpose:

  • Create, modify, and maintain updates for all transportation management & planning systems training material for all users
  • Facilitate transition planning and go-live needs with Client business leaders to mitigate risk to shipment fulfilment.
  • Participate in workouts to drive process standardization across businesses & identify benefits.

Job Purpose:

  • Route freight from pickup to delivery locations. Receive information about availability of material, goods, products within the scope to be transported from the Company's or other locations (suppliers, clients, other parties) via Company owned logistics or planning systems
  • Interact with Company Logistics, approved Carriers, Brokers and/or Freight Forwarders providing and /or supporting to get all required information and documentation as needed for customs clearance for international shipments (import and export), following Company Customs team directions and guidelines where applicable
  • Actively monitor and approve freight charges to identify process behaviours and assess conformance to routing instructions and service level requirements.

Our Client an Oil and Gas Operating Company need a Senior Planning Engineer to join their team in London. The position is offered on with a Staff basis with a negotiable salary and attractive benefits package or a Contract basis (Inside IR35) with a negotiable daily rate.

Job Overview

As Senior Planning Engineer you'll be accountable for managing the overall Master Control Schedule, collation and reporting of progress against this Control Schedule. You'll develop the project Master Control Schedule and facilitate the operation of the project planning and progress measurement systems.

Responsibilities;

  • Setup and manage the Master Control Schedule in line with project milestones
  • To ensure that planning and progress measurement procedures for contractors and vendors conform to Project requirements and are effectively applied.
  • To ensure that the detailed planning of the various phases of the work is in accordance with the project strategy and milestones to achieve the overall project plan.
  • Calculate and report project schedule performance metrics and generate S-Curves and other tables and charts as required
  • Development & monitoring offshore HUC campaign schedule(s), including the interface with the onshore HUC

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Ideally have a Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience gained in Oil and Gas industry
  • Experience gained supporting Offshore Projects ideally in the North Sea
  • Experience of working on Projects from Concept through to HUC
  • Excellent knowledge of Primavera P6 and good knowledge of Leading Planning Packages to facilitate data transfer.
  • Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel and Powerpoint, Good understanding of project accounting and cost control processes.
