We have partnered with our trusted client that is looking for a Sr. Treasury Analyst.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Cash Management

  • Review bank reconciliations and resolve reconciling items
  • Review bank account balances and ensure appropriate funding for upcoming scheduled payments
  • Maintain master bank account file - containing all key information for all bank accounts globally
  • Preparation of daily cash position report
  • Assist in consolidation of cashflow forecasts
  • Distribution of monthly/daily bank statements and cash transaction reports
  • Coordinate with departments to obtain the uncashed check register
  • Interface with banks on payment/receipt queries
  • Maintain central file of all auto debit vendors and forecasted values
  • Review urgent payment requests for completeness and approval compliance
  • Set up urgent payments and other manual payments for approval
  • Maintain online banking payment templates
  • Participate in global bank account administration including the opening/closing of bank accounts, KYC process, fee analysis and authorized signatories in addition to preparing all of necessary bank forms.
  • Laise with banks to complete all of KYC requirements.
  • Maintain monthly FX rate uploads and prepare the FX gain/loss report
  • Support with the implementation and documentation of policies and procedures

Debt Management

  • Support with monitoring debt covenants and prepare the monthly financing facilities compliance report
  • Maintain global intercompany loan schedules, calculation of interest in accordance with loan agreements
  • Support the monitoring of ABL facility and ensure all required information are submitted on a daily basis

Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of experience working in a global organization
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent
  • Experience with institutional banks processes and bank platforms
  • CTP a plus

Senior Financial Reporting Accountant

Role Overview:

The Senior/Lead Financial Reporting Accountant will participate in the preparation of all external financial reporting, including 10-K and 10-Q reports, earnings releases, proxy statement, and other required SEC filings.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting

Experience:

  • 3-10 years of accounting experience

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Experience with preparation of SEC filings is required
  • XBRL knowledge preferred
  • Self-starter, team-player, and attention to detail

Certifications:

  • CPA certification is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of quarterly and annual management reports and necessary SEC filings
  • Support preparation of filings under FERC
  • XBRL tagging and review
  • Oversee regulatory compliance and work with the Legal department to review financial information in registration statements
  • Collaborate with other departments in relation to the company's financial statements.
  • Provide assistance in various accounting and internal control functions as required.
  • Other ad hoc projects

**This position will require 5 days in the office
