Proposals Coordinator


Upon receipt of an RFQ, the Proposals Coordinator shall be responsible for a thorough review of all applicable documentation and the preparation of a combined commercial and technical proposal. Liaising with the other relevant internal departments to help ensure the proposal is ready for management approval prior to submittal to the client.


  • Review the Client's RFQ documentation.
  • Provide applicable client specifications and SOW to the technical department and collate any technical clarifications for discussion with the client.
  • Perform material usage calculations using company provided templates.
  • Prepare the proposal, including both technical and commercial aspects, for internal review in accordance with Client requirement's.
  • Attend both internal and client meetings as required.
  • The above is not an exhaustive list, just a summary of the key points and other tasks may be required at various times.
  • Previous experience of working on proposals , preferably within the oil and gas/pipeline industry.
