We are currently seeking a highly motivated, analytical minded individual to join us in the role of Senior Market Analyst for our UK & Global business.

As a key member of the Market Analysis & Business Planning (MABP) team, the role reports directly to the Business Development Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of regional Sales & Marketing data, providing regular data analysis and reporting to the Commercial and Senior Management Teams to enable strategic business planning.

Responsibilities

• Close collaboration with MABP team members to support workload/provide cover as required.

• Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting to Commercial and Senior Management Teams to support regional strategies and sales forecasting against budget.
• Delegated Superuser for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM within the UK & Global IRM Commercial department.
• Creation and management of business intelligence visualisation tools and reports (Microsoft Power BI) to better support data interpretation and decision making for the Commercial and Senior Management Teams.
• Manage the schedule and Commercial input required annually for the Five-Year Plan to support key decision making by the Senior Management Team regarding projects, financial forecasts, CAPEX spend and asset requirements in region.
• Submit regional Market Analysis data as required by Group Sales & Marketing and actively participate as a member of the Global MABP function by identifying and supporting any business improvement initiatives.
• Actively monitor market intelligence sources (industry press, client releases and subscription services); analyse data trends, client and competitor activities impacting the regions strategy.
• Attend industry conferences and exhibitions to increase professional network of contacts and collate market intelligence to support regional data and strategies.

Experience/Qualifications Required

• Bachelor's Degree in a commercial, business, financial or data analytical subject preferred and / or industry experience within a similar role.
• Can prepare and deliver high quality and engaging presentations and reports.
• Capable to develop data visualisation and analysis dashboards utilising Microsoft Power BI
• A comprehensive understanding MS Office 365 business software applications
• Demonstratable knowledge of data analysis using Microsoft Excel

Primarily this position will be based at our facility in Westhill in Aberdeen with travel to off and onshore sites to lead the execution of projects.

Overall Purpose of the Job

Onsite team lead for termination and testing of HV (up to 66kV) array cables for offshore wind farms.

The applicant will be the subject matter expert for the company's HV IAC T&T service. They will provide support technical support for tendering and project engineering of HV IAC T&T scopes. They will lead the delivery of these scopes onsite (onshore, offshore & overseas).

It is envisaged that over time this role will transition to an office based one as the company develops capacity in HV IAC T&T.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead projects onsite.

Looking for an enthusiastic SCM Category Specialist. This is a full-time, staff role where you will be responsible for the procurement of complex product category supporting tendering on the project including pre and post award management.

Your Responsibilities will be:

• Work collaboratively with Tendering/Sales & Marketing to achieve key target award goals such as meeting local content requirements, achieving a fast-track delivery and providing best overall value for the tender submission.
• Responsible and accountable, unsupported, for tender and subcontract activities for an allocated category and be the focal point of contact for SCM.
• Ensure clear category procurement strategies are developed for key tenders and there is an appropriate balance between internal benchmarking and external Request for Quotations (RFQs).
• Prepare Request for Quotations / Invitation to Tenders for goods and services in line with, allocated budgets, quality and delivery targets.
• Ensure that all category subcontracts for the project provide best value and contractual position with regards to risk evaluation, budget adherence and delivery.
• Prepare and coordinate the placement of subcontracts/purchase orders that ensures compliance with category strategies and project procurement plan.
• Organize KOM (Kick off Meetings) and attend PPM (Pre-production Meetings) with Vendors
• Follow up the weekly progress of category complex/critical packages awarded to suppliers. Ensure regular progress updates are provided to the assigned SCM Subcontract Specialist/Project Team.
• Expedite orders and ensure all documentation are received on time.
• Expedite invoices and close out of projects in timely manner.
• Negotiate any disputes that may arise in the supply chain.
• Deliver briefs, updates and reports as and when required.
• Complete an evaluation of a supplier's performance / lessons learned with the category and project team as appropriate.
• Proactively participate in global category networking groups where relevant
• Continuously monitor the market for allocated category particularly for category pricing and capacity. Thereafter, advise / implement category mitigation plans, such as new supplier qualification, frame agreements and supplier partnering to secure capacity in the supply chain.

Looking for a Proposal Manager to joint the team based in Aberdeen. The role will contribute to the planning, execution and delivery of inhouse tenders as part of the global support function and in accordance with tender process.

We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Cables Department in Leer, Germany on a staff basis. We are also open to applications for our Aberdeen (UK), Oslo (Norway) and Zoetermeer (The Netherlands) offices.

What you will be doing

• Undertakes responsibility for production of deliverables, which may include engineering support to the Drawing Office, design calculations, specifications, procedures, analyses, progress reports, bid evaluations, study reports and various 3rd-party submissions.
• Signs and issues technical documentation as originator or checker, accepting personal responsibility for its content.
• May agree and monitor performance requirements with direct reports. Where necessary provide day to day guidance.
• Ensures all relevant safety standards and legal requirements are met.
• Represents the Company in meetings/correspondence with Clients, Subcontractors, 3^rd Parties etc.
• Support the Principal Engineer and Project Engineering Manager in performing and coordinating engineering for effective project delivery.
• Ensure full traceability of the technical development of the assigned scope throughout the life of the project.
• Provide technical support to local tendering teams.
• Agree and monitor performance standards with direct reports.
• Understand Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes and key SCM commodity strategies.
• Actively engage in the project risk assessment and mitigation processes.
• Undertake, and check others', analysis, design and engineering activities associated with works.
• Design and detailing in accordance with acknowledged industry Codes, Standards and Design Guides; Client Specifications and Scopes of Work.

Project Commercial Manager

Role overview

• The Project Commercial Manager (PCM) will be overall responsible for enhancing company profit and maximising opportunities under the project contract through understanding the commercial and operational objectives of the company, while at the same time protecting the company from risk and exposure.
• Responsible for all commercial and administrative processes on the project.
• Accountable for daily business issues and recognizing business opportunities whilst managing the contract relationship with clients and all related subcontractors.
• Responsible for the management of all project support functions.
• Assisting with tendering activities as required.

Your Responsibilities

• Administer all tasks and duties in accordance with the established management system.
• Act as company representative in liaison with clients or their representative
• Ensure effective working relations are established with the clients.
• Manage contracts agreed with clients, subcontractors, or partners at project level.
• Tender and negotiate value adding subcontracts.
• Resolve contractual and commercial problems, ensuring that all stakeholders, such as administration, operations, and finance understand and adhere to contractual obligations.
• Ensuring compliance with the terms and conditions, as well as documenting and agreeing on any changes or amendments that may arise during its implementation or execution (Manage the VO process and negotiations towards Client and subcontractors).
• Responsible for managing all contractual and commercial aspects of the contract and have full understanding of the specified scope of work and contract terms.
• Performance Management, internal; Produce performance reports (PMRs) and other performance indicators as applicable
• Performance Management, client; Liaise with project team to produce required information to the Client, base line updates etc.
• Have an advisory role on the selection of major subcontractors.
• Ensure that technical and commercial inputs are provided at the bid proposal stage of a potential extension of the contract/new options.
• Ensure that the Project Manager is provided with support and advice on all aspects of post award contract administration, budgeting, cost reporting (external/internal), VOR handling, invoicing, planning and procurement.
• Document, and ensure the effective circulation of all vital project decisions.
• Ensure that all reports to the client, linked to commercial issues, are as required by the contract, and are provided in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure that prompt corrective action is taken in response to non-conformance reports and source of NCR is highlighted to project personnel.
• Liaise with Project Manager, Contracts Manager and Business Acquisition Manager and other personnel to improve the position of the company.
• Ensure contract close-out, extension, or renewal.
• Specifically identify the nature of any experience arising from the project and make provision for retention and transfer both during the execution of the project and project completion.
• Establish optimal project organization for Project Control and Administration support.
• Supervise the project organization and monitor performance
• Establish administrative routines with the project.
• Maintain awareness of Company current requirements and where applicable, the latest industry codes and standards, including statutory rules and regulations.
• Ensure all activities are carried out in a manner consistent with Company policy on health, safety, quality, and environmental matters in accordance with Company specific procedures.
• Interface and work closely with other business functions and roles ensuring all common objectives are met.
• Focus on quality throughout all activities.

Your Skills and Qualifications

• Educated to degree or higher level in a legal, commerce or business subject and / or appropriate equivalent industry experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Familiar with standard Contract Terms & Conditions within the Subsea industry, particularly the SURF market.
• Advanced commercial awareness
• A strong technical understanding of subsea construction.
• Result oriented
• Strong negotiating skills
• Contracts management knowledge and experience gained in the oil and gas industry.
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience related to project operations preferably in the SURF segment, with minimum 2 years in a supervisory position.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to perform and deliver under high pressure and meet deadlines.
