Business Objects Administrator

The Business Objects Administrator team has started the installs for an upgrade to the new 4.1 environment. We are looking for a resource that can participate in the upgrade work as well as provide a backfill for operational support during the project.

Responsibilities may include:

- Troubleshooting support tickets for operational issues
- Working issues outside of the normal M-F 8:00-5:00 work hours
- Building improvements in Monitoring
- Managing security
- Working through a root/cause analysis and following up on action items
- Applying patches and upgrades as necessary
- Managing Promotions of reports through the Development, Test, Production process
- Performing as a member on projects where Business Objects infrastructure expertise is required
-5 years experience Bachelors Degree preferred
