Currently looking for a Senior Global Mobility Advisor to join our clients team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Compensation & Global Mobility, this role with support domestic and international relocations in North America and Asia Pacific and immigration and tax compliance for all locations. The Senior Global Mobility Advisor will be responsible for providing guidance and expertise on all Global Mobility related matters.
Key Responsibilities
The successful applicant will:
*Act as the SME on all Global Mobility related items, including permanent relocations, temporary domestic assignments and expatriate assignment life-cycle processes and protocols.
*Collaborate with hiring managers, Talent Acquisition, HR Business partners and key stakeholder to facilitate seamless employee transfers, assignments and repatriations.
*Actively manage and engage with third party vendors to support policy interpretation, address relocation and assignment challenges, and ensure service level agreements are met.
*Serve as a primary point of contact for employees, managers, HR , legal, tax and payroll for all Global Mobility relates issues.
*Continually review current programs and practices to ensure compliance with tax and immigration requirements, including COCs, payroll reporting, TD4 waivers, immigration assessments, etc.
*Support immigration requirements for business travelers, intra-company transferees, USMCA professionals, LMIAs, ETAs, visas, etc.
*Manage and maintain the Program's policies, guidelines and processes relating to the domestic and international movement of employees across the organization's various operating jurisdictions.
*Support market reviews and updates for expatriate allowances based on external market data.
*Maintain expat data and support dependent validations and updates.
*Provide strategic input and respond to program questions, issues and recommend program enhancements.
