Job Overview
There is a requirement for a Project Controls Analyst as part of the PC COE. This position will report directly to the Project Controls Manager, COE Central Reporting and will support our continued journey of providing timely, reliable, and meaningful data to project teams.

Key Accountabilities:
* Collaborate with external business partners to establish the data requirements needed to support standard project reporting.
* Develop and maintain technical expertise in the PC systems and tools to help support project teams in the application of these tools.
* Utilize various approved software programs and networks to interface and communicate with all personnel.
* Perform basic analytics on schedule, cost, and progress & performance data across various projects to validate the accuracy of reporting.
* Assist in the development and implementation of standardized reporting applications that are being rolled out to various project teams.
* Assist in the implementation and refinement of standardized reporting templates and processes.
* Assist with development and continuous improvement of the PC Governing Documents.

Required Qualifications:

Education and Experience
* A related post-secondary degree, diploma, or certificate.

Role Description:
The role of the Quality Assurance Analyst is to support the planning, design and execution of system testing on simple to complex implementations. The Quality Assurance Analyst works collaboratively within the project team and business units to execute and validate test cases based upon system requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
? Accountable for the creation of the project test plan, test cases, test scripts and test reports;
o Review functional and design specifications to ensure full understanding of individual deliverables;
o Identify test requirements from specifications, map test case requirements and design test plan that ensures that the implemented solution meets the business outcomes and requirements;
o Develop test cases and test scripts as per the test plan;
o Work with the business analysts to review user requirements documents to ensure that requirements are testable;

The key skill / prior experience is "Equipment Strategy Data Sheet (ESDS) transformation".
*Authoring of new ESDS/RCM/FMEA's from scratch or updating existing.
*Understanding the purpose and function of an Equipment Strategy within an engineering setting (O&G, Aviation, etc.)
*Advanced MS Excel skill level

The resource will be responsible for:
*Reviewing existing Equipment Strategies and RCM/FMEA Analyses initially authored in prior template version
*Analyzing the ESDS/RCM/FMEA for irregularities in content such as in appropriate data entry in fields
*Migrating/transferring existing ESDS/RCM/FMEA information into a NEW standard template (data loader)
*Loading the new template with the transferred data into GE APM (aka Meridium)
*Remediate, translate, prepare static equipment strategies to standardized template for application loading
*Provide data cleansing, quality, and validation efforts
*Transform data into usable load sheets for vendor data mapping and migration efforts
*Develop test conditions and validate expected results to ensure business objectives are met

Overall Job Summary:
Responsible for providing technical and functional expertise and leadership in process safety for the entity. Additionally, this position will support the implementation and sustainment of Health and Safety processes that are aligned with Operational Integrity Management System (COIMS). Position will help to assure compliance to regulatory standards and statutes for key aspects of Health and Safety specific to the operations of the assigned entity. This position will partner with the entity to promote a High Reliability Organization with a focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain a risk analysis process to ensure health and effectiveness of associated risk prevention barriers. This includes major accident hazard (MAH) identification, evaluation of risk and barriers for effectiveness, and assurance of ongoing maintenance of top risks through regularly occurring risk analysis processes.

2. Assure strong usage of MOC and PSSR system to capture all changes to equipment, personnel, and procedures, whether permanent or temporary. Assurance activities to include proper closure and execution of corresponding actions.

3. Support entity with assurance activities on risk management, management of change, PSSR, safe operating envelops and effective MAH barrier health.

4. Coach & mentor entity leadership and personnel within each entity on process safety topics (PHA, MOC, bowties, MAH, etc.) with training, education, and daily interactions.

5. Fostering collaboration between the Deployed Health and Safety team and the Central Health and Safety Team, leveraging the Technical Authorities and multi-disciplinary support as a conduit for communication and continuous improvement.

6. Support the proper classification and investigation of process safety incidents. This includes coaching and mentoring site leadership to own and drive the actions to prevent re-occurrence.

The Sr. data visualization and analytics advisor is responsible for development of our monthly manufacturing scorecard using Power BI data visualization. This role will collaborate and coordinate with variety of stakeholders and site operations to consolidate and streamline our data processes and automate where possible. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

* Experience with Power Query
* SQL - experience with different types of databases and writing queries

  • Provide process engineering support and process design for changes and improvements through the Management of Change (MOC) process, including ownership of changes through to closure
