Job Overview:
Key Accountabilities: Reporting to the Manager, Finance & Planning (F&P) Sales & Marketing, you will be working as an integral member supporting Client's Rack Forward division - our retail & wholesale businesses as well as our Rack Forward U.S business- especially as we undergo significant transformation with our systems and business process. This role leads the stewardship of our Rack Forward USA business through our monthly performance and annual business planning processes. In addition, you will lead the monthly trend analysis and performance insights for key Sales & Marketing partners & customers.

Required Qualifications:
Experience and Education:
o Minimum5 years' experience in financial analysis
o Bachelor degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance
o Industry knowledge preferred
Skills and Knowledge:
o Proven critical thinking and analytical skills/mindset with the ability to resolve complex
o Experience with SAP reporting (BEx, BW), and business planning tools
o Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and advanced Excel skills including knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, macros
o Proficient use of MS Power BI with experience creating reports and dashboards, drawing on a variety of systems and data sources
o Adaptable to change with the ability to balance competing priorities and produce high-quality deliverables under tight timelines or with limited data
o Demonstrated ability to develop strong working relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders and key business contacts
o Results-oriented with attention to detail and solid organizational and prioritization skills
