Job Overview

The primary purpose of this job is to act as a central touchpoint between several groups in front, mid and back office to ensure the accuracy of inventory data in the systems of record. This includes gaining a thorough understanding of crude assets, logistics and internal book structure as well as the end-to-end flow of data from trade entry to settlement. The role will provide oversight of inventory processes across multiple books and legal entities to ensure new & established processes are followed, with a mindset of continuous improvement.

The role will support the inventory work driven by the ST&O Transformation project and will be embedded within the Hydrocarbon Inventory Management (HIM) team to ensure the successful implementation and sustainment of new practices.

Duties

  • Oversee the monthly reconciliation process of CXL monthly inventory movements to shipper statements by commodity pool, location and strategy to ensure timely execution and remediation of unresolved issues.
  • Collaborate on process improvement initiatives to speed up manual processes and support future state of ST&O Transformation, including technology solutions.
  • Where appropriate, enable technologies to support proactive inventory management, by supporting the business implementation of HIM
  • Ensure hand off process is followed and communicate the completion of the monthly reconciliation process to back office to facilitate the CXL interface to SAP.
  • Participate in the directive for increased collaboration between end to end stakeholders by being a person of contact for Mid Office and Back Office for reconciliation.
  • Maintain standard inventory management business processes, procedures and methods.
  • Report on metrics designed to drive for compliance and accountability of system balancing of inventory. Where appropriate, help to implement initiatives to drive down error reports in Mid and Back Office.
  • Trouble-shoot issues to reduce the time involved with complex inventory reconciliations.
  • Facilitate communication between front, middle and back office on changes in inventory ownership by pipeline/location, by commodity and by strategy to ensure accurate reconciliation of CXL and SAP inventory balances.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably with a major in Business or Economics an asset
  • 1-5 years experience in crude/ and or refined products logistics, analytics, or accounting
  • Experience working in a trading, finance, or operations environment an asset
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills with high attention to detail
  • Proven communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and to work under pressure with specified timelines
  • Basic knowledge of the end-to-end transaction lifecycle, which include trade capture, contracts/confirmations, scheduling, risk management, invoicing and settlements flow of trade

Reporting to the Manager, EHS In Situ you will be responsible to manage, identify, assess and communicate health risks to workers by planning, scheduling and conducting identified occupational hygiene monitoring projects for assigned areas of responsibility.

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide day-to-day technical advice, expertise and direction to stakeholders to ensure compliance to legislative requirements, industry and company standards.

Qualifications

Duties

  • Lead implementation, sustainment and governance of reliability process enablement within GE APM through ongoing education, compliance and auditing.
  • Identify / evaluate new advancements in GE APM and participate in the development, evaluation and adoption of best practices
  • Troubleshoot and find solutions to highly complex or unusual process or CMMS issues as it integrates to GE APM and Solution design with I&PM.
  • Facilitates the GE APM Users Group such that it can be used as a forum to discuss common, new or unusual issues, leading to solutions that work for all sites.



Qualifications

      • Knowledge of SAP (PM module), APM MI Module, APM OR Module, APM Connect, APM Foundation (v4.3) and their interfaces.
      • Knowledge of interfaces between SAP PM module to GE APM
      • Application security design and principles experience for maintaining role-based security for sensitive data
      • SAP interface development to external systems
      • GE APM v4.x and v.3.x configuration

The main deliverables associated with this position will be to provide general guidance to effectivity and efficiently design and roll-out new programs. While there will be a component of technology and systems work, this role is largely focused on processes, resourcing and ways of working.
This role will collaborate with business stakeholders and execution teams to develop effective solutions and ensure alignment and joint accountability for successful achievement of execution outcomes, including defining KPIs.
This will be undertaken by providing recommendations based on comprehensive analysis to continuously improve business operations using approaches and tools such as Lean Six Sigma principles and lean initiatives.
Duties

  • Leads, consult and participate in business process reviews of Program work, including provision of recommendations for opportunities for improvement
  • Develop future state recommendations and build implementation plans for optimizing business processes and ways of working
  • Collect and analyze data to complete a current state analysis and optimize solutions. Create KPIs to measure effectiveness of standing up the program as well as effectiveness of program execution outcomes
  • Identify implications and make recommendations for changes in processes and procedures as well as detail potential impacts on operational areas and resourcing requirements.
  • Prepares and conducts presentations to, and/or facilitates decision-making for Programs leadership team
  • Document approach and provide general guidance to help ensure standing-up of programs becomes repeatable.
  • Lead and/or support development and implementation of change management plans

Qualifications

  • A related bachelor's degree (i.e. Commerce, Business/Public Administration, Public Policy, Economics, Engineering).
  • A minimum of 7 - 10 years of proven experience in process documentation, business process reviews, and reengineering techniques.
  • Training, experience and knowledge in quality improvement tools, techniques and methodologies such as Lean and/or Six Sigma as well as experience with building and implementing change management plans.
  • Lean Six Sigma and/or Business Analyst certification (IIBA) certifications preferred.

Overview
The Data Analyst ensures safety and operations integrity data is managed in an efficient, secure and coordinated manner. This position identifies relationships and trends in safety data and communicates associated insights and improvement opportunities. This position reports to the Group Lead, Performance Reporting and Analytics (PRA) within the client's Safety and Operations Integrity organization.
Duties
* Partner with key stakeholders to integrate safety and operations integrity data and enhance performance metrics
* Develop self-serve dashboards for safety and operational integrity performance metrics
* Provide data analytics and trending to derive insights, support decision-making and identify improvement opportunities
* Provide support for end users with safety and operations integrity applications and systems * Coordinate with stakeholders to understand their information needs and identify ways to visualize and present information in a user-friendly, intuitive, meaningful manner
* Develop frameworks and processes to analyze unstructured information
* Interact with the Corporate Data Office to understand how information is stored, modeled and tagged
* Collaborate and maintain strong relationships with the Safety and Operations Integrity team and business partners to improve the overall quality, value and benefits from data

Qualifications
* Post-secondary education (degree or diploma) in a relevant field of study, e.g. business, data visualization/analytics, computer science, math or statistics
* 10 years of experience in a Data Visualization and Analytics capacity
