Looking to join a high-energy and creative Workforce Planning and Organization Management Team? Are you committed to building relationships with your peers and the client groups you will support while working in a fast-paced environment?
We are currently recruiting for two roles within the Workforce Planning and Organization management Team.
The Organization Management role will be responsible to support the building and maintenance of the Human Resources (HR) organizational structure within SAP, transitioning employees between SAP & Success Factors.

  • Manage incoming processing requests through an online case management tool (Service Now)
  • Support the building and maintenance of the organizational structure within SAP
  • Support reorganization work including creating positions/orgs etc.
  • Ensure standardized processes and procedures are documented, understood and followed
  • You will partner with various internal groups to support the business, HR Community and leaders
  • Perform audits to ensure accurate and timely management of SAP


  • 2-3 years of experience in workforce planning, organizational management, and/or general Human Resources within a large HR organization
  • A post-secondary degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional communication skills and you are able to build strong relationships across an organization to accomplish shared outcomes
  • An ability to manage and organize multiple priorities
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset

  • Experience working within HR technology platforms such as SAP, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow
  • One year of experience with SAP HR modules
  • Functional knowledge of HR policies, programs and processes
