JOB DESCRIPTION


Location: St John's, Newfoundland and Labrador


Our Client Development Manager (Newfoundland and Labrador) will develop our existing client relationships and create an initial client base from which to generate vacancies and placements. The individual will be responsible for the overall growth, development and profitability of the region along with maximising Petroplan's profile and brand across Eastern Canada.


Petroplan has a great reputation as a global specialist recruiter in the oil, gas and energy industry. We haven't diluted our offering over the last 40 years and are renowned in the industry.


This role will have enable the successful applicant the flexibility of working from home.


Is this role for you?

  • You will have extensive experience of client development and/or account management
  • OR you have recruitment experience with strong evidence of business development
  • Oil & Gas experience would be an advantage
  • You will need to live in the St John's area


You're good at:

  • Account management and building relationships
  • Business development and growing client bases
  • Managing commercial negotiations including agreeing terms of business
