Job Overview:
In this role, you will support the design, development, and implementation of an effective Operational Excellence Management System (OEMS) strategy and plan. You will collaborate with a variety of teams across businesses to ensure we understand the implications of Management System changes, and to inform design of a risk based, logically sequenced transition a Management System, whilst ensuring Safety and Reliability of the Asset is at the forefront of all decisions.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft office tools, fluent in English, speaking/writing



Experience:

  • ~5 years of experience in a projects environment
  • Proven ability to present, facilitate and work with various levels of the organization (from SME's to leaders)

Key Accountabilities:


  • Participate in all aspects of the safety program (e.g. safety meetings, site inspections, audits, etc.)

  • Using CMS data for tags to systems list and pertinent data for electrical scope

  • Responsible for overall coordination of electrical CSU activities

  • Participate in the overall planning and resource loading for pre-commissioning and commissioning activities

  • Reviewing equipment manuals and locating vendor manuals and documentation within electrical scope

  • Ensure redline process is followed

  • Support RFO Operations team during start-up

  • Work with the CHEPTW/ LOTO group in supporting electrical isolations

  • Executing all electrical commissioning procedures and checklists

  • Continued support of scheduling and resource planning

  • Continued support with training ensuring direct report personnel are trained.

  • Overview/support tools are onsite and available to craft

  • Review field JSA's and FLRA's

  • Attend and support risk assessment as required

  • Ensure permits are ready and attend permit meetings as required

  • Electrical discipline sign off of TCCC packages

  • Coordinate electrical contractors-reviewing daily LEMS, work fronts, and manpower tracking



REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
This position requires computer assets (laptop, mouse, and headset) to execute the work. The computer assets will be provided by the vendor.

Education and Experience:


  • Electrical journeyman ticket

  • 7 years of experience in similar CSU roles

  • Strong Interpersonal skills

  • Experience in electrical safety, power generation/distribution, small power equipment, heat trace and electric motors

  • Demonstrated knowledge of industrial process instrumentation, fire and gas detection equipment, metering systems, safety electrical systems, and hazardous locations

  • Knowledge and experience in environmental, safety and loss prevention process and practices

  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish considered a strong asset

Key Accountabilities:

Client is seeking a Project Engineer - Civil Demolition to lead and manage the hazard assessments, scoping and detailed planning and execution of the demolition of several buildings and miscellaneous facilities within the Client's LNG site. The successful candidate reports directly to Pre-Construction Works Project Manager and will play an essential part in supporting the company's engineering and senior management team. This is a 1-year termed employment.
Responsibilities
* Ensuring safety compliance to Client LNG's Occupational Health and Safety programs; promote a true HSE culture leading by example and actively participating in all aspects of supporting the development of safe work plans, JHA, reporting, corrective actions, etc., as required
* Ensure compliance to - Client LNG's Environmental Management Plans and contractor meets permit requirements set forth by stakeholders, environmental agencies and district of Squamish
* Support QA/QC requirements and work with Project Management Team (PMT) Quality Management
* Manage day-to-day activities of engineering consultant, scope development, assigned to contractor or as assigned by PCW Project Manager

The Turnover and Handover Coordinator will report to the site QA/QC Superintendent and support projects in Alberta and British Columbia projects on a two week on/two week off schedule.

Responsibilities are as follows:


* Ensures the contractor quality and commissioning records, acceptance certificates, mechanical completion certificates and the documentation for specific systems and buildings/areas are prepared and collated in accordance with project requirements
* Administers and maintains completion management software
* Coordinates with the planning and scheduling department to ensure milestone dates are understood for each turnover and handover area/system
* Coordinates with the site QA/QC and commissioning for the completion of as-built turnover and handover documentation
* Resolves any discrepancies between the completed milestone, quality and commissioning documentation
* Coordinates with the commissioning department to define the scope of work and develop system component (tag) lists
* Assist the site subcontractors to compile turnover dossiers as required
* Provide turnover and handover progress information for incorporation into project reports
* Monitor hydrostatic test packs for incorporation into the completion management system
* Consider the implications of delays in QC as-built turnover documentation and bring to the attention of the site QA/QC manager
* Monitor and control the status of punch list and exception lists relevant to quality dossiers and walkdowns
* Attend the weekly QA/QC, and commissioning meetings
* Coordinate any inconsistencies with test packages with the field QC site inspectors

Basic Purpose/Accountabilities
The SCM Contract & Sourcing Specialist (CS) is a Supply Chain professional responsible for strategy process facilitation for Brownfield and Civil projects that will deliver value and competitive advantage and resilient supply chain solutions. Overall Areas of Responsibility
* Work closely to manage existing contracts and contractor performance
* Participate as a member of both CPC SC & Projects teams to support the effective execution of SC programs through highly effective cross functional communication & coordination strategies
* Lead/facilitate the development and implementation of procurement and contract strategies for Minor and Brownfield Capital expense requirements
* Develop Brownfield and Minor Maintenance Projects (MMP) strategies that are fit for purpose for multiple stakeholder groups and have an enterprise view
* Ensure compliance with the systems, policies, procedures, and agreements where applicable
* Develop and lead sourcing strategies to align multiple discipline goals and objectives to create value and ensure local and corporate compliance

Required Skills/Competencies

Basic Purpose/Accountabilities
The SCM Specialist, Contract & Sourcing Specialist (CS) is an integral role elevating our requirement for commercial expertise with external suppliers and contractors and developing and maintaining support with internal Business partners. The CS manages, assists, and facilitates pre/post contracting and sourcing activities. The scope covers contract formation through to administration. This role will support the Production Operations teams with category management for Material contracts. In addition, this role includes supply chain support for aviation, logistics and transportation contracts.

Overall Areas of Responsibility
* Provide expertise on commercial content and negotiation support to relevant stakeholders for specific contract development
* Ensure that Supply Chain is represented during the formation of commercial relationships in efforts to achieve optimal value
* Support the development and on-going post-award contract management activities including dispute resolution, claims support, scope of work and compensation agreement amendments
* Provide contracting expertise and guidance to both strategic and routine requirements for various service and material agreements
* Support tactical and technical material & equipment sourcing and procurement
* Participate and influence key stakeholder and supplier negotiations
* Build internal stakeholder relationships to understand their SCM requirements and build fit for purpose strategies that reduce risk, add value, and meet execution requirements
* Provide enhanced metrics and reporting capabilities for ensuring contracting and support implementations are tracked and measured for success and continuous improvement with suppliers
* Ensure initiatives comply with Policies and Procedures.
* Adherence to Supply Chain Policies, standard and the Code of Business Ethics & Conduct

Specific Contract Formation Responsibilities (pre- award)
* Execute vendor pre-qualification process
* Prepare Tender Evaluation Plans
* Prepare commercial contract exhibits
* Prepare and issue RFP documents (i.e., contract exhibits and RFP proposal forms); this includes interfacing with all contract exhibit/proposal form Owners')
* Lead and single point of contact throughout the Tender process
* Lead and facilitate commercial meetings (i.e., RFP kick-off, clarification meetings etc.)
* Lead Terms & Conditions negotiations
* Prepare Recommendation for Award
* Execute Contract Documents

Specific Contract Administration Responsibilities (post award)
* Change Management - review, validate contract change requests, amendments, and claims
* Coordinate with site owners and support functions
* Coordinate proper closeout of assigned contracts per the closeout procedure
* SCM point of contact for internal audits to ensure that all documentation pertaining to the contracts is current and accurate

Required Skills/Competencies
* Minimum college diploma in Business Administration, Law, or Supply Chain disciplines
* Minimum 5 years of Supply Chain/Contracting experience preferably oil and gas industry
* Enhanced software application skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and SAP)
* Demonstrated knowledge of contracting terms and conditions, clauses, scope of work and compensation schedule development
* Commercial experience / expertise, and strong negotiation planning skills
* Effective time management & strong organizational skills
* Keen attention to detail & adherence to quality work
* Experience with electronic contracting software
* Effective interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build & maintain effective, trusting relationships with internal stakeholders. Strong influence, facilitation & networking ability.

Preferred Qualifications
* Participation in IACCM (International Association Contract and Commercial Management) and/or SCMA (Supply Chain Management Association of Alberta) is an asset.
* Significant experience in Contract formation management with demonstrated ability to effectively use procurement and contracting knowledge to add value
* Knowledge of Upstream Canadian exploration and Production operations

Production - Plant Operator III

Assignment Scope: Key Accountabilities
MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED AGAINST COVID-19 PRIOR TO START DATE
* Responsibly and consistently monitors and operates the plant through a control room.
* Conducts surveillance of operating equipment and critical parameters, while keeping accurate operations logs.
* May prepare equipment for maintenance and perform maintenance and preventative inspections.
* Identifies improvement opportunities and work with others to implement changes.
* Supports and complies with the policies, goals, efforts, and programs of Client's Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Management System.

Required and Preferred Skills and Experience
* Experienced level, typically 5-7 years of experience.
* Provides more technical/functional support than administrative support.
* Demonstrates a thorough working knowledge of technology, applications, terminology, and procedures required of job function.
* Performs varied and more complex tasks.
* Makes decisions within broad parameters.
* Class 2 or 3 Steam Ticket a plus
* Prior experience working in a large O&G Plant preferably in Alberta Oil Sands
