Job Posting Title: Digital Marketing Coordinator
Description: POSITION SUMMARY:
The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day management of the corporate App including scheduling marketing offers, coordinating customer responses, issue management, reporting and analytics. Some planning and product management work, including scoping, coordination of projects to improve features, functionality, security and ongoing performance will be anticipated.
A key aspect will be fraud governance, monitoring and mitigation. The role requires collaboration with third party fraud monitoring to detect suspicious behavior and test/implement various mitigation strategies.
The role will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders (e.g. Loyalty, Communications, Training, Operations) and key partners/vendors to manage the app.
* Monitoring for potentially fraudulent activity, developing rules and mitigation to reduce fraud while minimizing impact on legitimate behavior, ensuring proper governance and reporting * Coordinating responses for customer inquiries and issues and escalating as required. Capturing trends and customer experience for future enhancements, bug fixes and features.
* Issue management, working closely with key partners and vendors as required * Manage mobile app offers - setup, scheduling, targeting and personalization * Ensure documentation and customer-facing FAQs stay up to date, collaborating with Customer Service, Training and Communications teams as required
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
* University degree
* 3-5 years' experience product management, mobile applications, digital marketing * 3-5 years' experience with content management systems * Excellent ability to understand and use analytics to drive business needs * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with superior attention to detail * Creative approach to problem-solving, strong planning skills * Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Excellent understanding of current and emerging trends in digital, mobile, fraud mitigation and cyber security * Ability to work in cross-functional teams with a demonstrated ability to maintain strong internal and external relationships * Passion to see projects through from inception to completion and the ability to meet tight deadlines
NICE TO HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
* Business degree with a specialization in Marketing. Further specialization in digital marketing, mobile applications is an asset * Degree, diploma or certificate in Enterprise Security and/or Cyber Security * MBA * 3-5 years' digital media experience in business to consumer and business to business * 3-5 years' experience in fraud detection and mitigation * 3-5 years' experience with campaign automation tools such as Acoustic, Watson Campaign Automation * Ability to do graphic design and photoshop work * Writing and translating French.
