JOB DESCRIPTION


Petroplan is currently accepting applications for a Chief Inspector to join a fantastic and market leading, global, company located in Maine area. Prospective candidates will be responsible for field project coordination and overall site responsibility. Responsibilities include, but not limited too, trade ticket certifications, skilled multitask inspections including hot tie-ins, operation construction, commissioning, environmental and safety.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years field experience in construction of steel pipes and related facilities
  • Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience within construction inspection
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • Excellent understanding in the interpretation of construction contracts including drawings, specifications, codes, standards, etc.
  • Desired qualifications of all of the following:
    • API 1169 Certification
    • NACE Level 1 Certification (or higher)
    • AWS CWI Certification
