Role - Level 1-2 Systems Administrator
Location - DFW
Reporting to Helpdesk Manager
Core responsibilities - Managing incoming tickets and processing effectively. Escalating if required.
Talking with clients daily to manage their IT issues and providing a professional and technically sound response and solution
Systems administration experience
Experience with Active Directory and Exchange Servers
Experience with an RDS/Terminal Environment
Someone who has not been too specialized into one area of IT, someone with more of a well-rounded IT background
A client facing attitude, experience and personality
A candidate interested in IT who can speak well to their motivations and background
Understanding of group policy
Worked in Connectwise Manage
Worked in Solarwinds N-Central
