Change Management Analyst
Petroplan are recruiting for a Change Management Analyst to work for a Major Operator in Doha, Qatar.
We are looking for exceptional candidate with experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools, along with a demonstrated experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
Start Date: January 2022
Contract Length: 3 year fixed term

Primary purpose of job
* Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
* Assess the change impact
* Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
* Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.
Experience & Skills
* Minimum of 8 years of progressive hands-on Enterprise transformation Change Management and Project Management experience
* Solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
* Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
* Demonstrated experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
* Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
* Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
* Change management certification or designation desired
Education
* Minimum of accredited Bachelors (BSc/BS) in Engineering with additional qualification in Change Management, Project Management preferred

Exploration Manager (Americas)
Responsible and accountable for managing all company's international non-operated exploration, appraisal and growth assets in Americas at the highest safety standards and with technical/operational excellence to maximize economic value creation.
Manage all technical, operational and all venture related administrative activities in the company's exploration, appraisal and growth non-operated assets in The Americas. Supervise Exploration and Growth asset teams consisting of multidisciplinary teams of professionals and support function staff.
Plan and formulate in line with the Head of Exploration, the long and short term asset management strategies and plans and to represent the company's interests to partners and operators.
Work closely with IOC Operator and partner counterparts in each respective asset/project Joint venture in order to set out mutually acceptable project execution and performance targets through the business planning and the budget cycle process.
Experience & Skills
* Very senior explorer with minimum 20-year experience in the international oil and gas exploration and production business, including at least 10 years in IOCs. Extensive exploration team leadership experience required.
* Experience of non-operated ventures preferred
* Experience across the full upstream value chain, from new business development, through exploration and appraisal to production an advantage
* Networked and experienced in the Americas portfolio throughout some/most of their career * Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Proven track record of coaching and team leadership
* Excellent command of spoken and written English
