Head of Maintenance


Petroplan is seeking to hire Head of Maintenance for one of its clients.

Job purpose:

Oversees the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department. Evaluates systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed. Assesses building systems to plan work assignments and project schedules. Develops maintenance procedures and schedules.

Job requirements:

  • Having 8 to 12 years of work experience in CNC machine shop environment and 4 years of work experience in similar position in Oil & Gas equipment manufacturing & services background.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering/Production or equivalent.
  • Knowledge & experience of using CMMS & SAP
  • Familiar with control systems FANUC/SEIMENS
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to plan maintenance schedules for building systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills & Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of Arabic language is preferred
