Learning & Development Specialist


The key areas of the roles are as below:

  • Hands on experience in creating a learning environment, training and development opportunities.
  • Strategy and Performance management
  • Developing competency frameworks and models.
  • Succession planning experience with knowledge of identifying talent pool and setting incentivizing programs
  • Strategic Workforce Planning & Management

Education & Experience

  • Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or any similar discipline.
  • Preferred: Master's degree in Organization Development or related field.
  • Total of 5-7 years of experience within the Human Resources or Learning & Development and a minimum of 5 years of experience working in the Oil & Gas industry.


  • Proven successful talent development creation and execution experience.
  • Good understanding of talent development in Qatar
  • Strong leadership skills
  • English language proficiency
  • Arabic working proficiency (not required, but desirable)
