Senior Business Analyst (Business Performance)

The overall purpose of the role is to lead the development and execution of business and organizational improvement initiatives to drive business performance in a specific business unit within the organisation.

You will be responsible for analysing operational performance and identifying areas for improvement and using appropriate tools and methods to ensure
efficiencies are achieved.

Key skills, experience and attributes they are looking for:
-Proven experience within a similar role, i.e. a Business Performance Role. (NOT IT FOCUSSED)
-Extensive experience of working in the Oil & Gas Sector.
-Strong Leadership, project management, problem solving, interpersonal and influencing skills.
-Excellent English presentation and writing skills.
-Experience in working in large, preferably multi-cultural corporations.
-Conceptual thinker with good analytical skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications required:
-Bachelor's degree from an internationally recognized university in Engineering, Economics or Business/Commerce preferably with a Masters in Business Administration.
