JOB DESCRIPTION

Manager - Business Development (Project & Process)

Overall responsibility

Leading efforts to establish and retain business growth opportunities. Primarily obtaining new clients and
fostering business relationships focusing on offshore projects, EPC Projects (related to offshore projects),
and contribute to process improvement.

Preferred Competencies

  • Degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 year's experience business development in oil and gas, offshore and shipbuilding industry.
  • Commercial background in Maritime industry.
  • Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition.
  • High-level communication skills
  • Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy, conflict resolution
