Process/Project Engineer

Our client is a leading speciality chemicals producer with a strong international presence. They are looking for an experienced Project Engineer with a background in Process/Plant Engineering to join their team to realize new investment projects.

The Responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a Project Manager for new investment chemical projects inclduiing managing budgets, interdisciplinary teams, overseeing the schedule and ensuring tasks are completed on time
  • Coordination and effective liasion with external project bodies
  • Oversee the project throughout the full project life cycle
  • Perform functional tests and carry out commissioning

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Process Engineering or Process Design or another Engineering Science
  • Minimum 5 years experience in plant or process engineering
  • Fluent in German or English
  • Leadership experience and a strong understanding of different engineering disciplines
