IT Help Desk/Support Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

Petroplan is currently searching for a strong IT Support/Help Desk professional looking to join a well-established team. Our client is a world-renowned organization that is looking to grow their current IT Support team. If you have support experience, and are looking to work in a challenging environment this is the position for you.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors of Science preferred (or years of IT support experience)
  • 3-5 years of IT support experience is preferred
  • Well organized with the ability to take on large projects and meet deadlines
  • Ability to make an receive multiple phone calls throughout the workday
  • Strong understanding of technical terms or the ability to learn terms quickly.
