The Performance Reporting and Systems advisor will be part of the management systems team and will contribute to the successful implementation and continuous improvement of the OMS Element 9 Monitoring, reporting and learning. The successful implementation of the OMS is critical to improving asset safety, efficiency, effectiveness and performance. The role will report to the Performance Reporting and Systems Lead.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collection of data for the monthly action tracking report
  • Collection of data for the quarterly assurance report.
  • Collection of data for performance reports.
  • Data collection from assets.
  • Inputting data

  • Management of digital systems (superuser)
    • Enablon
    • D4H
    • OMS Gap assessment
    • Lessons learned (to be developed)
    • Performance reporting (to be developed)
    • OMS portal

    • Corporate reporting
    • Risk management

  • Systems admin
    • Adding and removing users and managing their permissions.
    • Trouble shooting problems reported by users, raising issues with IT and / or the software companies if necessary
    • Handling minor configuration changes (adding options to selections, etc.)
    • Training new users
    • Interface with the assets
    • Ticketing system management
