Job Overview -

Our client an EPC company have an urgent need for a Lead Cost Engineer on an LNG FEED Project for an initial 6-month contract role that has an immediate start outside IR35

The role will be based on 5 days a week in the London. Hybrid working may be possible with two days remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Forecasts, controls, and reports project costs needed within an organization.
  • Develops and provides project variances, trending and analysis of expenditures, and completion reports.
  • Reviews project costs incurred by category, calculates future costs based on labor productivity, material price increases, subcontract, wage rates and risk analysis.
  • Manages the delivery of functional objectives by providing leadership and direction to managers or professional staff.

Qualifications & experience -

  • 14 years experience within cost engineering
  • Skills required for this job are typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree.
