JOB DESCRIPTION


Petroplan is currently hiring for an Administrative Specialist to join a well known Oil and Gas Manufacturer. This position will be Monday - Friday, 48 hour work week, located in their Houma office.
Job Duties:

  • Data entry
  • Basic clerical duties
  • Answering phones
  • Filing paperwork
  • Log all visitors within the yard
  • Monitor Records
  • Sort incoming mail


Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of administrative experience
  • basic Microsoft Word / Excel Knowledge
  • Detailed oriented
  • Great communication skills
