Construction Manager Roles and Responsibilities:

• To read understand and implement the Company and Project HSEQ Policy and the Company Management System documents
• Demonstrate high profile and vlslble safety leadership by example and through effective
• Ability to understand the requirements ofprocess safety and practical safety of work site executions.
• The drive to focus on the most effective execution methodology that minimizes safety exposure through the design and construction/commissionmg methodologies.
• Identi5r and confirm detailed scopes of work and manage the development of Consruction work packs using Integrated Delivery Module (IDM)
• Responsible for the management of Customer appointed subcontractors to achieve the project objectives.
• Take ownership and responsibility for safety, cost, and construction management of the project defamed scope.
• The ability to think out of the box to ensure the most cost-effective end solution is achieved by ensuring the following key criteria are utilized: Is it Safe, does it work, is it cost effective.

AccountabilitiesÆxpectations:

• Single Point Responsible to manage customer appointed subcontractors for the safe execution of the defined work scope
• Understand and be responsible to support subcontractors in managing the site safety mles.
• Responsible for the preparation and mechanical completion of the know and identified scope of work
• Responsible for managing customer appointed subcontractors in consultation with customer as part of integrated team to manage a combined resourced Constuction/commissioning team.
• Participate in site safety audits regarding work executes permits, work site standards and workforce knowledge of the work
• Chair Weekly Shutdown readiness meeting to ensure all the projects for the upcoming planned shutdowns are ready 2 months prior to the shutdown.
• Provide weekly Shutdown readiness update to the leadership team: highlight any readiness issues and concerns that require functional team members attention and action.
• Ensure all preparatory work is completed prior to planned stan date.
• Ensure all constmction work packs and materials are on site prior to work starting.
• Ensure a fully briefed workforce and operational staffIncluding valid permits and risk assessments.
• Ensure accurate progress reporting ofphysical scope completion
• Maintain and validate site query log
• Ensure expediting any mater1aVdesign requirements
• Ensure planning ofRndor mobilization personne L
• Responsible for efficient performance of the work execution by ensuring, scope
• preparation is completed before the planned stan date, material is on site, supporting services are m place and have been completed to allow the commencement of the planned work scope.

Qualification:
Education

• BSc_ Or equivalent university degree in any of the main Engineering disciplines

Essential skills/experience required:

• Minimum 10 years experience in Oil and Gas related projects.
• Experience m managing EPCM contractmg strategy is preferred.
• Minimum years: experience in Oil and Gas Project Delivery as Work pack Developer
• Constuction Engineer in a multidiscipline workforce
• Minimum years' offshore experience
• Experience in "Ork planning and Hark pack compilation.
• Strong Safety leadership and teambuilding skills
• Supervisoly experience
• Strong influencing, interpersonal and team leadership skills
• Strong technical writing and computing skills.
