Assist PM in delivery of project successfully. • Manage Equipment List, Model Review and Safety Workshop.
• Promotes teamwork within project task force/ team.
• Ensures all technical interfaces among various disciplines are properly managed and resolved.
• Monitors engineering disciplines progress and expedites the issuance of discipline deliverables per project schedule.
• Assists the Project Manager in the proper distribution of contract documents to the relevant disciplines.
• Coordinates Change Notices and Design Basis Deviations distribution.
• Assist Project Manager in closing out all the project related actions and preparation of archiving of documents.
• Ensure all Project Deliverables in line with the contractual requirements.
• Assist in Final Documentation and Project Close-Out Report.

Essential Qualifications

• Must have : Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 6 to 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas and/or petrochemical industries.
• Independent and able to manage the disciplines seamlessly.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Experience in Offshore projects is an added advantage

Design Basis, Code & Standard

• Prepare the design basis, single line-diagrams, equipment and cable sizing calculations and other material and equipment analysis for client approval.
• Guide engineers in the preparation of equipment and material specifications and data sheets.

• Prepare Inquiry Requisitions to vendors, participate in the technical evaluation of vendor bid offers. Competent to review Vendor's various options (including limitation and /or deviation) and provide Technical Bid Evaluations (TBE). Review vendor drawings and documents. Ensure vendor equipment specifications meet with client equipment specifications and are within budgeted costs.
• Prepare Purchase Requisitions for the procurement of equipment and materials. Ensure materials are obtained within scheduled timeframes and budgeted costs.
• Review plot plans, organize the issuance of engineering drawings and technical documents for Inter-Discipline Checks (IDC's) coordinate with other engineering discipline in the integration of technical data inputs.
• Competent to witness vendor FAT / shop testing, inspect vendor works and workshops when required, provide dispatch clearance and test certificates.
• Competent to participate effectively to resolve any issues related to equipment testing in case of failures / deficiencies /under-performance /discrepancy during shop testing.
• Participate in ELSOR/HAZOP meeting with the client and representatives of other engineering disciplines and close out of any action points.
• Competent to interface and provide clarification, guidance and technical support to construction sites and commissioning engineers. Provide startup assistance as required.
• Competent to explore cost-saving options / energy efficient measures during project execution phase or during proposal, if requested, and if available.

Perform As Lead Engineer Role

• In the role as a Lead Engineer, able to provide total commitment to meet project values, monitoring of progress to achieve delivery schedule and execute within appropriate budget/resources.

• To provide pro-activeness, creativity and efficiency in project execution.
• Coordinate and plan resources for execution of project.

• Distribute and assign work to the project team appropriately, to meet the project schedule.
• Overall manage the development of detailed engineering calculations and drawings. Ensure the lesson learnt from past projects are discussed and applied as required.
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss about project progress, priorities and issues. Ability to resolve issues and recommend the way forward to meet project requirement and schedule adhering to the intended quality.
• Ensure proper communication and coordination among the team members.
• Establish project filing system and ensure adherence to project requirements and department standards.
• Liaise with other departments/ disciplines, clients and third parties as required by the projects.
• Be overall responsible for the quality of work produced.
• Produce the discipline close-out report once the project completed.
• Act as the discipline Project Engineer to ensure the project executed within the specified schedules and budget.

Technical Audits

• Ability to carry out technical audits at the Head of Department request (For Senior Engineer more than 10 years experience)
• Able to effectively investigate and resolve any quality complaints or incidents raised by any interested parties, or when requested by Client, or project manager.

Essential Qualifications

• The Candidate shall possess a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering accredited by Board of Engineer Malaysia or approved equivalent.
• For Senior engineer, Possess at least minimum 8 years of electrical engineering design experiences in onshore / offshore application.
• For Lead Engineer, Possess at least minimum 12 years of post graduate experience in the similar electrical engineering design experiences for onshore / offshore application.
• Preferably registered Professional Engineer (PE) with local board or approved equivalent. Professional Engineer with Practising Certificate (PEPC) will be advantageous for Lead Engineering position.

Operation Representative is responsible for bringing in high H2S onshore plant Operations and Maintenance expertise to the project and for sharing and developing further knowledge of the manufacturing process technology to ensure the future assets will be built according to the Company's requirements, operations practices and operation standards.

The Operation Representative is also responsible for developing the right infra-structure and O&M systems by working with Engineering team during FEED and EPC phases to ensure the future assets will be built and operate according to the Company's requirements, operations practices and standards.

Principal Accountabilities

Engineering & Construction Phase:

• Being a member of the project team, accountable for overall program outcome in all key performance areas: engineering, operation, maintenance, safety, quality, cost and schedule.
• Being the representative of the end users of the plant, and therefore must ensure that their needs are raised and captured during the front-end loading of the project.
• Ensure operation assurance and operation excellence are being incorporated. Ensure operation and maintenance lesson learns are adopted for new facility.
• Provide Operability and Maintainability input over the Project FEED development and during EPC work to ensure that Operations and Maintenance requirements are incorporated into the facilities design (reviewing and approving Project deliverables as required).
• Ensure that operability, maintainability, ergonomic and health factors for both normal and abnormal operations, including pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up and
• shutdown, and upset conditions are considered in the facilities design
• Monitor Operations-related work performed by the FEED contractor, EPC contractor and other third parties, e.g. Licensor, providing oversight and guidance, ensuring that all work satisfies Company's specifications and standards.
• Ensure P&ID reviews, HAZOP/LoPAs, Design Reviews, Model Reviews and other necessary Project Process reviews are adequately represented from the Operations and Maintenance perspective.
• Ensure that all technical, process safety and integrity management issues are properly resolved and that an appropriate Management of Changes (MoC) procedure is in place to ensure design changes are managed correctly.
• Ensure Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and Start-up requirements are identified during early FEED and incorporated into the process design and execution strategy/schedule.
• Lead the development of the Operations & Maintenance Philosophy of Onshore gas plant including to Remote control system requirements of Offshore facilities which will be monitored and controlled remotely by Onshore gas plant. Align with COMPANY existing operating assets to integrate new facility into existing operation and maintenance system.
• Provide deep knowledge of the process Inside-Out and the way the plant will be operated by the Owner.
• Set-up and Managing the pre-commissioning, commissioning, startup, Performance Test and Plant stabilization to ensure compliance with standards, specifications, scope and contract terms and conditions.
• Be a focal point to prepare necessary critical list of spare parts, consumables, and other supply service contracts to be used during the early stage of operation after handing over from project team to operation team.
• Define Operation organization chart, manning strategy and conduct the recruitment process with support from HR team.
• Develop Detailed operating and maintenance manual/procedure/guideline prior entering operation phase.

Operation Phase :

• Managing field production assets to ensure optimum exploitation and administrating the resources to operate and maintain all surface facilities (both offshore and onshore) to ensure optimum availability of gas production around the clock in a safe and environmentally friendly manner.
• Ensure achievement of the production targets.
• Ensure that the Company SSHE policy is effectively implemented and that corrective measures are taken in a timely manner.
• Directing the planning and execution of maintenance and major shutdowns and approving plans, tender packages, bid evaluation, and recommending contract awards as appropriate.
• Effectively maintaining internal and external communications with a broad variety of engineering disciplines and management

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Engineering or related field
• Professional certificate by accredited Bodies/ Associations is an advantage but not necessary
• Broad technical knowledge of offshore and onshore oil and gas operations
• Familiar with the Malaysian offshore and onshore regulations regarding oil and gas operations are advantage
• In depth understanding and experience of Onshore Midstream or Refinery operations
• Essential knowledge on high H2S sour service and CO2 relevant to design and/or operation.
• Good working knowledge of Capital Project Delivery and the front-end engineering requirements
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels in the organization
• Stakeholder Management skills - Proven ability to build strong working relationship with internal and external parties

Manages a key role in the execution of transportation plans and services. They are responsible for the transportation request and delivery to the customer, including mode and carrier selection, load optimization, shipment tendering, routing guide compliance, and shipment plan/carrier service execution, and track & trace functions

KEY OBJECTIVES

• Primary task as responsible person to conduct safe lifting operations. Main job responsibilities include ensuring lifting equipment and cranes are maintained and certified fit for use.

• Control and manage the safe and efficient materials handling to/from supply vessels.
• The Crane Driver will exhibit high standard of safety behavior and will ensure that all aspects of crane operations, rigging, slinging, crane and lifting gear maintenance and operations are carried out safely and effectively.
• Manage all lifting activities with respect to safe and efficient bunkering operation from supply vessels.
• A participating member of the platform frontline Emergency Support team.
• Completes the crane daily checklist on timely manner and records defects for follow-up with Maintenance department.

KEY AUTHORITIES

• The Crane Driver is authorized to operate the crane and lifting equipment and perform first line maintenance.
• Establish and maintain effective communications with team, colleagues and supervisors.
• Carryout accurate and effective work toolbox and handovers.
• Perform weight assessments and Risk Assessments prior to lifting complex loads.
• Check preparation of loads for lifting. (load is secure and stable).
• Familiar and accountable for use of various lifting items (plate clamps, barrel lifter, chain hoist etc).
• Perform bundling and slinging of 'simple' and 'complex' load.

KEY AUTHORITIES

• Movement and place of loads using appropriate hand and radio communication techniques.
• Rig, sling and position blind load using appropriate hand signals and radio communication.
• Perform deck lifts and vessel lifts following all relevant procedures and guidelines (including weather).
• Perform routine crane front line maintenance.
• Highlight immediately to Supervisor on serious crane defect that requires intervention. STOP WORK authority if crane is deemed unsafe to operate.
• Maintain slinging equipment (slings, hooks, webbing plate clamps, barrel lifters, chain hoists etc).

KEY OBJECTIVES

To be responsible in Production Engineering projects related to the Kikeh Deepwater, West Patricia and SK Gas Oilfield. This involves flow assurance issues, problem well diagnostic, database management and Nodal analysis in order to achieve safe, timely and effective actions to optimize the production.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Assist in the development and implementation of the flow assurance techniques and programs.
• Responsible for routine well and reservoir surveillance, problem well diagnostics and repair.
• Ensure production data management system (PDMS) is fully functional, both for the daily reporting and engineering analysis software.
• Responsible for well and field production performance, production allocation, database management, investigate, control coning, maintain choke model, linking Material Balance, Nodal Analysis and surface Network Software ( Prosper-GAP- MBal).
• Ensure adequate well start-up and shut down procedures are prepared and followed for Kikeh Deepwater, West Patricia and SK Gas wells.
• Close liaison with Well Intervention engineer and Process Engineer.
• Work with Cross-functional team to define and update the field completion strategy.
• Occasional field/Site visits for sharing production and reservoir surveillance strategy.

KEY AUTHORITIES

• Coordinate all technical work, both in house and by outside contractors, related to Production Engineering.
• Assist in coordination of budget activities whenever required.

WORKING RELATIONSHIP

• Reports directly to the Senior Engineer, Production keeping him informed of all technical activities.
• Liaise with all other disciplines to ensure proper document archiving.
• Works with the Offshore Team to ensure proper procedures/information is passed on with regards to the production engineering issues.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• University degree in Engineering, preferably in Petroleum Engineering.
• Familiar with issues relating to drilling, production and work over of offshore dry-tree and Subsea wells.
• Familiar with reservoir, completions and construction engineering.
• Experience with production optimization using computer software.
• Willingness to travel to the field, both onshore and offshore.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is essential.
• Strong communication skills.

KEY OBJECTIVES

Competent to maintain Low Voltage electrical equipment within the Sarawak Fields in a safe manner and in accordance with relevant legislation and the Maintenance Management System.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Perform the duty as a LV charge-man for Onshore and Offshore Facilities.
• Perform daily work plan including supervision of contractors working with LV electrical system if necessary.

• Input daily reports and Work Request into SAP.
• Carry out maintenance tasks including schedule shutdowns and required isolations for electrical system.
• Carry out maintenance and repair work on electrical system including job close out in SAP.
• Perform diagnosis on complex systems to determine equipment faults.
• Fulfill emergency response role as per the Emergency Response Plan.
• Liaise with Material Coordinator in relation to daily and forward planning of materials and spare parts.
• Awareness of knowledge on Ex equipment.
• Maintain awareness on the visual condition of the facility and produce report (anomalies, troubleshooting, technical, shutdown, repair).
• Awareness in Thermography.
• Sound knowledge in LV electrical protection system.
• Maintain general housekeeping of the equipment (switch gear/transformer/battery room).

KEY AUTHORITIES

• Authority and work as directed by Supervisor.
• Shall be a Certified Isolation Authority within COMPANY Permit to Work System.
• Routine inspection, testing and repair of LV electrical and instrument equipment in the Field.

HSE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure all LV electrical, instrument and communication equipment maintenance are being carried out safely and efficiently and in accordance with established Maintenance Management System.
• In the event of an emergency, carry out emergency duties in accordance with the Emergency Response Plan.
• Promote safety awareness in the maintenance department as well as monitor and ensure compliance with OHS procedures
• Ensure a complete understanding of the Permit to Work System Procedure and the requirement for generating and using permits for Hot Work and Cold Work.
• Report all accidents, incidents, near-misses and dangerous occurrences to Supervisor immediately.
• Attend Maintenance Department Meetings and the monthly safety meeting in accordance with COMPANY's Safety Management Systems.
• Ensure a good working knowledge of the maintenance system and the use of SAP.
• Ensure a full understanding of the requirements of isolation, de-isolation and re-instatement of plant, equipment and machinery in accordance with Maintenance Management Systems

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Technically Certified by Electrical Inspectorate Unit (EIU) as L1 Charge-man (with switching authorization/ issue electrical permit).
• Technical College Certification in Electrical.
• 5 years working experience in handling LV system offshore in the Oil & Gas Production environment.
• HUET/Sea and Offshore Survival Training.
• First Aider Training.
• Fire Fighting Training.
• Hazardous Area Electrical Equipment selection and Maintenance Training.
• Prefer PLC hardware / software experience / qualifications.

  Your main missions and responsibilities will be to:

• Candidate must have overall 10 year's experience in offshore / subsea pipeline engineering in FEED or detailed design projects, particularly he / she must have minimum 8years experience in subsea / offshore pipeline global buckling and walking design and associated advance pipeline engineering.
• Candidate must have hands on experience in ABAQUS (FEA) and associated software / tools (Buckfast etc.) to perform pipeline global buckling and walking analysis and he or she should have executed at least 5 pipeline projects (medium to large projects) that involved FEA pipeline global buckling and walking design and strain-based and fatigue designs according to latest DNV / Safebuck standards.
• Candidate must have experience in deterministic and probabilistic methods / VAS and should have latest technical know-how and well versed with latest technical publication / papers/ research works with regards to pipeline global buckling and walking design
• Candidate should be familiar with other pipeline design software such as DNV-OS-F-101 spreadsheet, AGA, DNV Stablelines, Offpipe/ Orcaflex, Sage profile, Autopipe, DNV Fatfree and Ansys, and Mathcad and MS office tools (Preferbale)
• Candidate should have exposed to pipeline design - pipeline design basis, wall thickness design, on-bottom stability design, coating selection, cathodic protection design, free span and on-bottom roughness analysis, crossing design, shore approach design, riser & expansion spool design and installation analysis, and pipeline route selection.
• Exposure to clad / lined pipelines, piggyback / bundle pipelines, sour service pipelines, long trunk or export lines
• Candidate should be familiar with subsea structure designs such as risers & spools / PLET / in-line structures. related pipeline global buckling and walking issues.

About The Job
Reporting to the Flow Assurance Study Manager, the position will be to provide Flow Assurance analysis and related technical support in the frame of project ranging from Conceptual to Detailed design. The engineer will be part of the flow assurance team based in Kuala Lumpur and may be working with other COMPANY office globally.

The engineer should be able to operate independently in performing flow assurance studies and writing up results/reports, requiring some, but not intensive, input and support from the team leader. Experience with OLGA is a necessity for this role.

The work performed will be varied and activities include front end conceptual studies, detailed design and operational support activities. The role will be to perform the flow assurance analysis to identify optimal solutions based on client drivers and be able to efficiently communicate these solutions through calculations, technical reports and presentations.

The engineer will be required to work as part of a team and assist with marketing and business development activities.

Wider process engineering skills would be an advantage.

Senior Flow Assurance Engineer scope would be;

• To perform and develop Flow Assurance scope of work, including model development and results analysis.
• To be responsible for the content and quality of Flow Assurance work within the discipline
• To produce process/ flow assurance deliverables under the direction/supervision of a Lead/Principal Engineer.
• Perform design calculations and assisting in the performance of Engineering and Field Development studies.

Main Accountabilities;

• Ensures completion of safe and operable design in accordance with COMPANY and project requirements, relevant laws, regulations and codes.
• Communicates regularly with Study Manager to ensure objectives are being met in a timely manner.
• Liaises with other disciplines for applicable engineering interfaces.
• Develops engineering solutions to specific project requirements.
• Performs simulation of selected cases as defined.
• Undertakes calculations in accordance with COMPANY and project quality requirements.
• Participates in flow assurance business development activities to support other COMPANY offices.
• Participates in engineering co-ordination meetings.
• Participates in Project presentations to communicate results.
• Participates in safety and design review meetings, where necessary.
• Participates in COMPANY global flow assurance team knowledge sharing initiatives.
• Supports team leader and performs all reasonable job tasks required by supervisor.

MUST HAVE;

Qualifications & Experience:

• Engineering Degree qualified - preferably chemical, mechanical petroleum
• A minimum of 7 years' experience in process and flow assurance
• Minimum 5 process / flow assurance projects completed.
• Good understanding of fluid dynamics and fluid characteristics
• Knowledge of thermodynamic fluid properties & phase behavior
• Good understanding of separator, compressor, pump, heat exchanger, safety valve sizing
• Understanding of key flow assurance related issues; hydrate, wax, scale, corrosion, asphaltene, liquid management
• Good flow assurance modelling experience using OLGA, Pipesim and PVTsim, Pipenet or similar.
• Good process modelling experience using HYSYS, Flarenet, Flaresim would be an advantage.
• Able to deliver project deliverable including operational philosophies and system design.

We are seeking for position Senior Structure CSS Engineer to be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

OBJECTIVES: -

• The job holder is responsible to supervise technical matters relating to Structural engineering and Naval architectural engineering during FEED and EPCIC of offshore facilities in the client field and ensure that the works are completed in compliance with the contract requirements and the reference specifications, design codes, and standards. The primary role of the job is to execute Structural engineering in design/construction/transportation/installation aspects. Performs various activities including basic engineering or Front-End Engineering Design (FEED), procurement package and strategy, fabrication, installation, and commissioning, to support the construction of the major gas field development. To engineer and ensure all Structural and Naval architectural engineering for the projects assigned will be fully functional as intended, meet project requirements, be cost-effective, and meet planned schedules.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: -

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:-

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in Civil/ Structural Engineering
• Minimum of 15 years' experience in Offshore Central processing platforms and other offshore structural engineering and Naval Architectural engineering (e.g. Wellhead platform, Flare platform, Bridges, etc.) with a proven track record in FEED, Detailed Engineering, EPCI, project management & execution.
• Experiences in FEED and/or EPCIC of offshore Central processing facilities and must have design experience in processing platforms with float-over installation concepts. The CPP float over, Launch Jacket, and Foundation Design shall be considered a specialist on the subject, and have fulfilled a similar role for engineering together with installation.
• Familiar with structural software including SACS, USFOS, FEA, GRLWEAP, MOSES, etc., and international codes and standards related to structural engineering commonly accepted in the oil and gas industry.
• Must have a good understanding of facilities design and production operations including a broad range of expertise on conceptual, development, and production operations of Offshore Installations. Experiences as Company Site Representative and/or field engineer during platform installation for major projects are preferable.
• Being conversant with related international codes and standards applicable to Civil engineering design and experience in CFT development, Tendering execution, Basic engineering, Detailed engineering, Construction, Installation, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Start-up projects of offshore processing facilities is an advantage.
