Technical Assistant is responsible for providing technical support to the drilling and well services team, end to end processing of Purchase Request/Orders, creating Ad-SubCon Purchase Orders, prepare contract details in OLA Form, register material part number, description, details in MCRF/SAP - Cataloguer.

Accountabilities

• Create/Revise/Close Purchase Request (Material/Services)
• Create/Revise/Close Purchase Request for Sub-Contracting
• Create Ad Subcon Purchase Order
• Outline Agreement (OLA) - prepare contract details in OLA Excel Form and submit to the Procurement team
• Create and register material part number, description, details in MCRF/SAP - Cataloguer
• Prepare the Cost-Plus Approval (CPA) Form
• Perform Stock Inventory Reservation (SIR) - Stock Material
• Create AFE/IAFE/JAFE to generate WBS number in the system

Qualifications and Experience

Professional Knowledge & Experience:

• High vocation Diploma or Bachelor Degree on science or Business Administration
• Minimum 5 years in related experience in oil and gas industry
• Computer skills on standard software
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Administrative and communication skill
