Senior Engineer

As Senior Engineer / Project Engineer you are responsible for:

All engineering work in tenders and projects, such as concept development, method statements, deck layouts, lifting plans, marine and structural analyses, site specific assessment / leg penetration analyses, etc.
QA for engineering documentation according to engineering process
Discipline responsibility for delegated engineering subjects and ensuring that FOWIC is up to date regarding branch standard and relevant guidelines and regulations
Be assigned as project engineering manager, function as assistant to project manager and/or line manager as appointed
Establish technical specification to support the procurement process
Responsible for follow-up of subcontractor work as appointed
Participate in, or lead installation / asset concept development studies
Assist vessel department during execution of projects for existing and new assets
Assist operations department with vessel operations and operational procedures as required
Your Profile:
Bachelor's degree or higher university degree within offshore wind / shipping / oil and gas
Minimum 3-5 years' experience, preferably in the offshore wind industry or equivalent
Outgoing, curious and a team player, excellent verbal and written communication skills, including English
Able to work efficiently and independently
High integrity and high sense of responsibility
Flexible to travel as required for the job
