Petroplan is seeking to hire Drilling Engineer for one of its clients

Job Requirement
* The job holder will hold a BSc of MSc or equivalent in appropriate engineering discipline (Mechanical, Chemical, Offshore or Petroleum).
* Considering the high technicality of the wells, the job holder must have at least 7 years of confirmed experience in Drilling (calls for tender/contracts, programs and operational follow-up)
* Experience in Land rig operations in Oman or MENA zone is a strong advantage
* IWCF certification level 4 minimum is a must
* Knowledge in related domains such as geology & reservoir
* Understanding of logistic activities related to Drilling operations
* Well-developed knowledge of contractual/legal/terms & conditions/insurance issues

Principal Solar Engineer

As a Solar Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, analysis, and optimization of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. You will work with a team of engineers and technicians to develop solar PV systems that meet the needs of our clients while also adhering to industry standards and best practices. CMMS Engineer

IM & CMMS Scope Of Work:

  • Ensure contractor has submitted IM delivery plan for all projects.
  • Develop all document and data management procedure.
  • Develop and agree all standards, systems, handover requirements and close out activities of Information Management with engineering and Operations.
  • Develop Tag numbering specification.
  • Specify Information management requirements and ensure inclusion in contracts during initial phase.
  • Ensure all maintainable and non-maintainable tags as per ERP requirement to be submitted and approved in ERP.
  • Ensure SCE and PCE assets identified and approved with relevant asset approver.
  • Ensure contractor tagged and submitted all assets as per ERP tagging requirement in asset master templates.
  • Ensure all updated asset registration templates and procedures shared to contractor at initial phase of project.
  • Ensure all tags submitted by contractor are available in reference drawings.
  • Ensure contractor develops data delivery milestones and plans.
  • Ensure SPIR forms submitted by vendor for all major procured items.
  • Oversee and report on the progressive delivery of EPC and Supplier information to support the maintenance build activities, start up and operation of the facility.
  • Early engagement with asset team for smooth project to asset handover.
  • Perform Audit at various Phases of project to ensure data collection are in line with company requirement.
  • Facilitate Interface with engineering and assets for handover and project close out of documents as per Company IM procedure.
  • Review all Contractor Information management process, procedures to ensure Contractual compliance.
  • Verification and validation of data from contractors and Vendors at various stages of Project lifecycle.
  • Co-ordinates with different engineering disciplines and contractor for Tag registration, resolution of tagging issues.


Qualification:-

  • Bachelors in engineering.


Experiences:-

  • 10 years in information management field.
  • MS Excel advanced
  • Good at perpetration of reporting
  • Skilled in CMMS activities
  • Good communication
  • Training the resources
  • Ability to write and update IM related procedures.

Cost Estimator & Cost Controller

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
1. Degree in engineering science.
2. 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry of which at least 5 years must have been in a lead position including exposure to different ventures operations, engineering and project (Cost Control and Cost Estimation) roles.
3. Experienced in brownfield project Cost Control and Cost Estimation.
4. Demonstrated team leader and coaching experience including working with diverse teams.
5. Cost Control and Cost Estimation tools.

Procurement Lead

Candidate needs to be proficient and experienced in a lead capacity for EPCM / EPC Procurement and preferably experience of business transformation activities in the Procurement space e.g. category management of Supply Chain, centralization of Procurement teams etc. Strong interpersonal skills required to engage, collaborate and drive change across Project Sites (Company & customer) located across the globe. Excellent English through written and speaking mediums required.

Strong Project Procurement experience also required to issue RFQ's, complete evaluations, place PO's / agreements (direct and indirect) etc.
