Job Description/Major Duties (general job functions, responsibilities, day-to-day tasks & activities)
The Telecom Commissioning & Security Engineer will be responsible for coordinating and leading the telecom commissioning activities during pre-commissioning, commissioning and startup of the process equipment up to final handover to Operations.

Requirements (Education required, background, experience, skills)

  • Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunication engineering (or any relevant discipline) with Minimum of 10 years of experience in telecom construction, testing and commissioning in oil & gas / petrochemical industry with a minimum of 4 years in supervisory role.
  • Experience telecom and security systems knowledge regarding local authority approvals, installation, configuration, troubleshooting and testing for telecom systems and security systems including TETRA radio, marine radio, marine radar, access control, fencing intrusion detection, buildings security, Plant & long range CCTVs, telecom tower, PAGA, LAN/WAN and telephone communication (local and with third parties / authorities).
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good PC skills

Lead Flow Assurance Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform state and dynamic simulations.
  • Identify the key flow assurance parameters of a production/export system.
  • Identify main flow assurance issues and the potential prevention/mitigation/remediation strategies to be adopted on existing and future design.
  • Manage steady state and transient analysis hydraulics studies.
  • Develop and manage scope for flowlines &pipelines hydraulics in OLGA.
  • Review studies carried out in OLGA for multi-phase pipeline systems.
  • Perform surge analysis on existing pipelines to determine if surge relief systems are adequate for current and projected operational needs and identify solutions to address any potential insufficiencies.
  • Evaluate model performance against actual pipeline performance to identify and execute improvement opportunities.
  • Work with processing engineering and process optimization in overall network optimization.
  • Support Automation Engineers regarding valve timing, automated shutdown/slowdown logic and pipeline operating & control philosophies.
  • Expertise in modeling/analyzing batching liquids of varying viscosities through a pipeline.
  • Manage Flow assurances deliverables during Concept, FEED and detail engineering.
  • Update of the design premise/design basis, along with assumptions and results of the flow assurance studies, thereby contributing to the assurance of technical integrity of future facilities.
  • Collaborate with Production Chemistry in order to check the required fluid chemical treatment.
  • Collaborate with Reservoir specialists to contribute to the Integrated Flow Assurance studies, incorporating lifetime reservoir and network simulations.
  • Lead provision of engineering input to business plan.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in chemical/Mechanical.
  • 15 years' experience in flow Assurance Process Engineering.
  • Demonstrate working in recognized oil and gas operators or Well-known Engineering Firms.
  • Has experience in the oil / gas, hydrocarbon, refinery, offshore, or infrastructure industries and is recognized as specialist in a specific engineering field on large to mega projects.
  • Must have thorough knowledge of engineering practices and economic principles, calculation methods, design details international codes and standards, procedures, and specifications.
  • Experience in Process Simulation such as Pipesim , OLGA and Unisim.
  • Expertise in hydraulic/ transient modeling and analysis

Operations Readiness Assurance Lead

JOB SUMMARY:

The role of the Operations Readiness Assurance Led is to work within the Projects & Engineering department. The incumbent is responsible for the operational Readiness and Assurance process of all projects and future Operability & Maintainability of the new facilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide operations requirement into the projects in accordance with Client's standards.
  • Detail the operations requirement into design and throughout projects executions phase.
  • Participate in reviews of the plant design to ensure it provides an ergonomic, functional, and fit-for-purpose facility, and simple to operate. Participate in other innovative studies and activities to ensure that operability, maintainability, and integrity issues are properly addressed and optimized.
  • Apply best practices processes in the detail design.
  • Ensuring that Operations and Maintenance procedures are produced in accordance with the best practice in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring that significant overlap exists with the complexity, prototypes and testing quality areas as part of the Flawless Start-up Initiative (FSI) implementation and OR&A
  • Maintain the Operations Risk Register as part of the Project Risk Register.
  • Provide guidance to Project Engineer, Design and EPC Contractors personnel on Operations Readiness and Assurance Process and related issues throughout all phases of the projects.
  • Communicate and cooperate with project team members, operations team, and other stakeholders to ensure effective sharing of information.
  • Ensure operations readiness and seamless transfer of the Projects to the Asset Team with continuous support to the various Project Teams and the Production Operation Readiness and Assurance Team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant Engineering discipline (Preferred Chemical Engineering).
  • A minimum of 15 years oil and gas experience in operations/maintenance.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as Operations Readiness Lead in known Oil and Gas Operators.
  • Knowledge in projects executions stages & execution plan.
  • Depth knowledge and understanding of OR&A process and roles throughout project execution.
  • Experience in operations of oil and gas facilities.
  • Experience in plant design and facilities commissioning.
  • Self-motivated and is required to have strong team working and communication.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Be an HSE role model and ensure that HSE is never compromised.

  • Responsible for ensuring Early Work progress and performance are on schedule and as planned.
  • Identify and lead interface management with HSE / Logistics / Operations on the Projects.
  • Manage site constructability and construction input during detailed design and construction.
  • Manage all modularization, prefabrication, and installation works.
  • Review and provide input on staffing and skill levels for all project / construction personnel at site and modularization / prefabrication areas.
  • Review and approve Early Works Contractors construction plans, procedures, and schedules.
  • Provide effective and practical site and Project management during the construction phase of the project.
  • Responsible for all construction related planning, civil/mechanical/E&I, team management supervision, reporting on all aspects of the site construction phase of projects from constructability review through to mechanical completion.
  • Develop detailed construction sequence and schedule to maximize the efficiency of on-site contractors, based on the forecast availability of equipment and engineering deliverables.
  • Manage the site construction supervision team and set daily priorities in accordance with overall project schedule.
  • Review and approve the construction program and ensure that detailed construction schedules are prepared for all areas and erection activities to ensure goals, objectives and all project elements are accomplished within budget, time, and quality.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering in Mechanical or Civil or industrial Engineering.
  • A minimum of 20 years' experience in construction management and execution of major upstream Oil and Gas projects, of which a minimum of 5 - 7 years' experience as construction manager or leadership roles with proven track record for offsite assignments
  • Experienced in the implementation of industry best practices and Company's systems, processes, and standards.
  • Proven ability to apply sound judgment and analytical skills due to the complex and diversified nature of the position.
  • Extensive skills in management and leadership, team building, effective communication, conflict resolution and presentations
  • Excellent interpersonal organizational, communication and team building skills

Qualifications for bid writer

  • A degree or qualification in Communications, Marketing, PR, or similar related discipline
  • Experience in scope writing and bid-related role
  • Engineering/maintenance experience
  • Solid experience in tender proposal planning, writing, review and delivery
  • Desktop publishing (intermediate) experience, underpinned with Microsoft Office is essential
  • Ability to develop a close working relationship with key company stakeholders
