Petroplan is seeking to hire a Director - Planning & Performance for one of its clients.

Job Purpose:

The Director - Planning & Performance has an overall responsibility for the business planning process, and also responsible for leading and managing the financial planning, budgeting and the performance management processes.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Management, Engineering, Project Management or any other relevant field
  • Relevant professional qualification is preferred
  • 16-18 Years of experience with at least 5 years in similar leadership role in the domain of strategy, corporate planning, financial planning, Budgeting and performance management.
  • Fluency in English is essential. Working knowledge of Arabic is desirable.
