SENIOR POLICY ANALYST

HUMAN RESOURCES

Primary purpose of job

  • Carry out the duties and responsibilities of reviewing, developing and maintaining our client's and its Subsidiaries, Joint Ventures, and Affiliated companies Policy and Procedure Manual.
  • Undertake the interpretation of Policy provisions and the discussion of newly introduced policies and amendments with relevant parties within and outside the organisation.


Experience & Skills

  • At least 10 years of experience in writing Human Resources Policies and Procedures.
  • Adequate knowledge of all related applicable Laws to clarify inquires and policy applications as appropriate
  • HR Technical writing skills.



Education

  • University Degree in Public Administration / Human Resources Management.
